I don't care what you say, BootBarn (Rick) took care of me like a new born baby... I'm a first time boot wearer. He even looked through all of the straw hats on the floor and found the last hat on the rack that fit me (large head, lol) . Good fit, good look, great price! Opened an account and I'll be back!
