“This company has the best customer service in the Golden Triangle and more. Unfortunately I had both side windows broken out Sunday evening. The preferred company we are to use required 48 hour schedule time and I didn't have that much time with the rain and my travel schedule. I called Sunday evening and they had me in at 8:00 am Monday. Not only did they replace the windows within a few hours, but cleaned all the broken glass out of the carpet and seats. I might add, the cost was much less than the competitor. “Had A-1 Glass Co replace the windshield on my Ram 1500 and they did an awesome job. The ladies in the office were super nice and upfront about pricing and scheduling. Dropped my truck off and they had it done fast. I could’ve picked it up the same day but I had a rental, so I just grabbed it the next morning. The new glass looks factory fresh and my truck was even cleaner than when I dropped it off.
This was an insurance repair through Progressive, and if they try to push you to Safelite, just tell them you want to use a local shop instead. I had no issues with my adjuster and the whole thing went smooth. Highly recommend these folks.”

“I've been riding around with this chip for a while and finally saw the windshield repair shop in parkdale parking lot. So I whipped around to find friendly guy waiting out here. He introduced himself and gave me all the information immediatly. David helped me contact my insurance company to find out my coverage and save me $70, which I am so thankful for! I was really dreading talking to them, so I was pretty excited that he let me sit in the car and handled all of it for me. Before I knew it the chip was gone and he was sending me on my way.
