“A few days ago, I accidentally dropped my laptop, and the screen partially popped open and stopped displaying anything. I assumed I was either going to need a new laptop or spend a few hundred dollars on repairs. Before making that decision, I figured it was worth getting a professional opinion, so I took it to Computer Shak.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. They explained the possible repair options while making it clear that everything was preliminary until they completed a full diagnosis. I also appreciated that the diagnostic fee would be applied toward the repair if I decided to move forward, or if not, I would simply pay the fee and at least know what was wrong.
Later that day, they called with good news. Once they reseated the screen and reconnected an internal cable, my laptop was working perfectly again. In the end, all I paid was the diagnostic fee, and I walked away with a fully functioning laptop.
I realize I was fortunate that the issue turned out to be a simple fix, but what really impressed me was their honesty. They could have easily tried to sell me unnecessary repairs or charge me much more, but instead they fixed exactly what was needed and nothing more. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days.
I'll definitely be returning to Computer Shak for any future laptop repairs or upgrades. Highly recommended!”

“Paul & Levi were both amazing, super friendly and a huge help!! Told them I’m not very computer literate and not sure what I’m doing but I need a sign for a wedding reception. They were both so patient and took care of it and made the transaction so easy!!”
“Katie and the team at Office Depot on Stagg Blvd are amazing, they came through in a pinch for a kinda hefty print order and was able to make it happen same day! Thanks again guys! 😊”

“Today I discovered Computer Dimensions. I walked in with a problem I'd been having with a couple of devices. I must say, the service and friendliness from Jason and Brian were top-notch. They solved my issue quickly. I highly recommend Computer Dimensions. I will go back and visit them when I can't figure it out on my own.”
