“Since becoming a member almost 4 1/2 years ago I can honestly say I haven’t had any issue maybe 1or 2 hiccups but that is only cause new staff members were trying to do the job they assumed was correct but forgot to look at the date of admissions on my profile and assumed I was another person who had the same name and close to birthdays , the facility is always clean and staff members are very friendly and sufficient, My child recently attended one weekly camp session and even with his slight speech delay the staff members were kind and patient with him , the young lady they have over the child care and summer camp is awesome she is vibrant and a exceptional young lady that is definitely going places , although I did question some things she reassured me that my child was in good hands and he was treated no differently when it came to activities , I would whole heartedly recommend this gym and all the amenities it has to offer , this gym is by far the best for the price and all it has to offer ❤☺”

“Immaculate facility is a testament to the staff as well as the members who clean up after themselves! It's pricey, like $75 a month pricey, but it has everything most people want in a gym (didn't see a dry sauna or steam room though...). I got a free 7 day pass & now I'm paying $10 a visit every few days, which is fine since I'm not a member & don't know how long I'll be in town for as I wait for the VA to schedule an appointment for me. They offer fitness classes, they have a spaced out free weight section, almost every Matrix fitness machine you could want for a workout circuit, plenty of cardio machines, core training spots, a couple of cable setups, squat rack & Smith machine.Nate has helped me out when I ask for an assist to hit negatives, he also runs some fitness classes.”

“Great place for cardio as there are a high number of treadmills, elliptical, and stair climbers with 15 TV's. Would like to see at least 1 TV in the weight lifting area. Also, would like to see a True Stretch Cage.”
