“Seems like I've had to come here often the last few years. To check my glucose while I was pregnant, brought my grandpa here for labs, and my 2 year old son. Everyone here is so kind and caring. I've always thought so, but my latest experience with the staff convinced me I should write a review. I had to bring my son today for his 24 month labs. Of course I wasn't looking forward to him having blood drawn. He's needed it done in the past at the ER and it was an awful experience. It was nothing like that at quest. These ladies worked together. They worked quick and efficiently. One lady helped me hold my tot, one was trying to comfort and distract him, and the last drew his blood. She was able to tap his vein on the first go. She was so precise and caring. All of these awesome ladies were. I know it seems like I'm making a big deal out of nothing (maybe), but imagine if every establishment operated the way this staff did today.”
