“These people are awesome. I got here at 7 this morning with trouble breathing. I was in the back almost immediately being diagnosed and treated. But it did not stop there. I have been here all day while they have worked to get me stable. They made it a very comfortable experience for me considering what I was going through. Their concern was only making sure I am safe to go home, or get more help if needed. They even made sure I had a good lunch. Thank you Dr Caruso, Brandon, Sherry, and Cathleen. Also the lady at the front desk who got me in so fast. Thank you GTEC”

“The staff are amazing- friendly and skilled. I never experience pain when I’m there. However the facility itself is absolutely filthy, many broken or items/fixtures in need of repair. In particular, the bathroom is super nasty. It’s unsanitary and disgusting how filthy it is. See pics of nasty faucet fixture, (the toilet was just as bad), soap dispenser, and totally filthy air vent in the bathroom. They must fix this, it’s gross and unsafe!!”

“British and another woman, I didn’t get her name, were amazing to my 9m old daughter! She had to get routine testing, I had been already went to two other places that one missed her vein and the other site didn’t feel comfortable sticking her. I had an 11:20 appointment, they had a lot of walk ins. They let me know they would take all the walkins first so they could give my daughter all the attention. They took their time looking for a vein, that was fine with me. My daughter didn’t shed a tear, she more like fussed. They were great, patient, and sooo sweet. I’ll definitely be back to this location if my daughter needs labs again.”
