Lilly is kind, knowledgeable and a profesional in this business. I should know. I began my career working for one of the largest importers of parrots in the US back in the late 80 and early 90's before the import ban. I have been involved with birds my whole life. 4045 Dowlen Rd, BeaumontI bought two bags of dog food about a month ago just so I wouldn’t have worry about running out at last min. Today I went to open the second bag and there was an issue with the food (silk worms) and of course I didn’t have the receipt. I will have to say the employees at the Dowlen store were so helpful and exchanged it no questions. The manager said that does happen even when the bag is sealed. I love Petsmart and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. My babies will be so happy when I get back with their food. Thank You Petsmart

My only issue is the time management. Nearly every time, I have arranged in advance to bring my pets for drop off so the Dr. can work their care in at his convenience during the day. I pick up at the end of the day. With the exception of one time, I have had to wait a minimum of half an hour just to drop off during the drop off window of 7:30 am to 9:00 am. More than once I waited well past an hour (ended up missing my own doctor appointment on one occasion) and once I waited 45 minutes to just drop off. Each time, I have been told that I have to wait for a vet tech to check us in; meanwhile, there are 4 or 5 ladies standing around who could have easily walked my dog to a cage and called me later for any questions. While I understand wanting a tech to check animals in rather than a receptionist, the amount of time I have had to wait to drop off is unacceptable. It defeats the purpose of drop off.
As a side note, my parents are veterinarians, and I grew up working in their clinic. Drop off was so easy. We just walked the pets back to a cage and called the owner later if there were any questions we needed answered. No one had to wait unnecessarily. I'm not trying to be unreasonable, but it seems that most of the time, you should be able to drop off your pet without waiting more than about 10 minutes.

Delaware Animal Clinic, 6508 Delaware St, BeaumontShelby was my Vet Assistant and she was soooo sweet and my dog warmed right up! Dr. McCullough was informative and efficient. They were very accommodating to my dog being anxious--we all just got down on the floor with her! My dog has had reoccurring yeast infections and this is the only vet that has even discussed long-term maintenance with me (so I don't have to drop $100-200 every few months). Very very good energy from this place! I'm very glad we went here and strongly recommend it to others. I actually felt good spending the money because I know that my dog is really being taken care of. They're also part of an app where you get points from each visit to earn free things like $ off your visit, a bath, or nail trim!

The PPS ladies took care of everything thru our vet, Dr. Wehner, and told us not to come home early. They would not take an extra cent for all their efforts. Yes, a private sitter is more expensive but knowing your pets (family to us) are so cared forand no kennel cough is worth the money.

Some friends recommended this place once again when we drove by were a bit scared because it’s not a very nice area and there were some homeless walking around, we almost took off to go home but decided to stop by. I’m so glad we did because they ended up being the best food I had this weekend wishing I had this all 4 days. Now we know for next time. I recommend this and I hope to be back soon. Green salsa is actual avocado but the red sauce was spiced loved it! The curtido also was amazing it has habanero which normally I see people make it kind of sweet but not this one, this was to die for. Can’t wait for next time

Her table presence and professionalism is something we haven’t seen in a while. She gave excellent recommendations. We had a few wonderful cocktails and the empanadas for an appetizer. We had Thai curry soup , harvest salad for the next course and we were blown away! For our main course we did the redfish and the steak bluecheese pizza, we couldn’t have had better selections. We want to thank everyone who contributed to us celebrating our anniversary this evening. It certainly was a night to remember!
