Recently, I visited and I was speaking to one of the workers. It was an older woman who I felt did not understand where she even was. I came and left with more questions than I had before.

Angelica could have communicated better and avoided multiple inconveniences for me. However this place was recommended to me for contact lenses so that part aside from customer service was an 8/10.|

I can't judge others from giving low ratings for Sam's Club but when you can consistently save $ .20 or more on a gallon of gasoline during these hard times I feel they deserve 5 stars. this is a great store for those on a limited income.
