“Hands down absolutely ? the BEST Staff EVER! I am a Travel Nurse and have been using Flagship Mail Room's Mail Forwarding Service for about a year 1/2 now. Natalie, Kathy and the rest of the Staff have been absolutely AMAZING. My mail is always forwarded in a timely manner, Held if I ask and if there is a particular item that I am expecting they are in constant contact via text or phone with updates. I know that with the Store and other Customers they are extremely busy but thwy always go out of their way to.make me feel as if I am their only Customer!”

“The store looks brand new even though it has been there for a while. The location is beautiful, the landscape outside of the building is beautiful. Everything about the store is visually appealing. The cashier that I spoke to was also very helpful and professional. In my humble opinion.”
