“The associates name was Jazmin Sanchez. I felt welcomed into the store as I was received with a welcome from her. I initially thought I was just going to be in and out with no issue but I spoke too soon and it turned out that the return instructions I was giving for my package was different. So I thought I was going to have to figure it out but Jazmin went out of her way to help me with that issue and I honestly couldn’t thank her more for it. She was really patient with me and caring. I love how the hiring team knows exactly who to hire; it just makes sense to put such associates with a heart for people. Overall thank you UPS and thank you Jazmin!”

“The owner is absolutely wonderful as is the shop itself. Walked in to mail a package only to find an awesome boutique with all kinds of goodies! Unique gifts you only find at local, small town businesses. The owner is super helpful as well. Awesome business!”

“This 5 star review is for the delivery driver, Kelly! He went out of his way to make sure my package made it to me, despite my address being difficult to find for other deliveries. Thank you!”

“The staff were the most helpful and kind I've ever experienced probably anywhere ever in my life. I had at least five people check on me. Everyone seemed to respect each other and enjoy their jobs. Everyone seemed patient and empathetic to the customers needing assistance. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because their inventory seemed to be very low. A lot of empty shelves which isn't the employees fault. I came back the next day and everyone was kind again. Very consistent and considerate staff. I will continue to return to this location because the experience is well worth it.”

“I was in town for a business trip, and when I landed I was made aware that the material's I needed were not going to be delivered in time for the event. I frantically called in, and Katherine immediately put my nerves at ease. I came in, told her what I needed, and she went above and beyond for me. Katherine Stayed until almost an hour after the office closed to make sure my needs were met. I cannot thank her enough for all she did to help me, and if I am ever back in Port Arthur, TX I will no doubt go to her for my office/printing needs.”

“App does not allow truck location as it states. Kept dogs restrained till 5:30 PM even though app stated before 3:00 PM. Drivers are contract so contacting FedEx is a waste of time and driver company won’t and don’t answer.”
