“The associates name was Jazmin Sanchez. I felt welcomed into the store as I was received with a welcome from her. I initially thought I was just going to be in and out with no issue but I spoke too soon and it turned out that the return instructions I was giving for my package was different. So I thought I was going to have to figure it out but Jazmin went out of her way to help me with that issue and I honestly couldn’t thank her more for it. She was really patient with me and caring. I love how the hiring team knows exactly who to hire; it just makes sense to put such associates with a heart for people. Overall thank you UPS and thank you Jazmin!”
