Terrible customer service and the front desk employee acts as if he doesn't understand anything you explain to him. Ridiculous and won't be back

When calling to find out about early check-in policy, I happened to ask about pet fees. The lady told me it was $100 refundable pet deposit, plus $15 a day. 75$ if you're staying more than a week. Had I been aware of this prior to booking 2 rooms there, I would have never made the non-refundable reservation.
