Terrible, terrible to say the least. Stay away! I stayed for two nights, rooms were ok, not very clean. The staff is terrible. Checkout is at 11, I advised them I would pay for an additional night via Expedia like the previous, 10 minutes later this woman opens my door screaming that she will call the cops, I advised her I had spoken to front desk and she didn't care. 10 minutes later 2 police officers show up to my door saying they want me off the property, just WOW. I am a woman solo traveler that doesn't cause any problems and I felt this way above and beyond. I proceeded to tell them I would leave in the next 10 to 15 minutes, I needed to gather my belongings and finish getting ready. I will submit a complaint to Expedia, I do not see a crime committee to get police involved. Terrible experience!

It's a good cheap place to stay and they allow u to check in at 5am Saturday to check out Sunday by 11am

Hello. I recently purchased a room and this establishment in hopes of getting some solitude and comfort. I have yet to receive a call about my stay there that was unacceptable. Not only were there unauthorized children working on landscaping upon arrival the room, starting from the black tar stained remote, was filthy. My door, not my key, the ENTIRE door did not work. Having to ask the front desk attendant to open my door everytime I had to go in my room was not only unacceptable but also a safety hazard to your employee. I would like a partial refund on my room which no one cared to switch after I was told it would be done.I have given almost a week for you all to make this right. I need a resolution by Monday or things won't be as calm next time around. This use to be a nice establishment, not quite sure what happened.Thank you.(This is my email that was never responded to, I was told no refund would be issued because I stayed in the room, that I couldn't even get into w/o staff help)

We booked this hotel since it was pet friendly. The room was clean, but instead of a queen sized bed, the bed seemed smaller, as in a full sized bed. The room had a nice kitchenette and a very good-sized refrigerator. If you get a room higher than 12, you will have quite a walk. The office is located at an extreme end of the building with no outside exit at the other end.The pet policy is friendly, but the fee is $50 plus you have to hand them $150 cash which will be (and was) returned before you leave if there is no damage.Also, the front desk is protected by a pull-down cage. The area did not appear to be the safest, so we felt a bit uneasy.The strength of the hotel is in the front office managers who were extremely inviting and friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating. They also called us to let us know that they found my wife's make-up bag and would be sending it to us. What a deal! They are the reason why we didn't rate the hotel lower.

I had a pet and was given the option of paying cash for the pet deposit so it wouldn't be trapped on my credit card for several days. However, I felt that $150.00 was a steep price for a deposit plus having to pay a $15.00 fee per pet.

The only thing that was kinda bothersome was the position of the TV n how small it was especially considering the design of the room. However the experience was good n the convenience for local stores n food also easy access to the room.

I ended up staying the night but the room was pretty rough. Maybe I just got a bad room but the bed was hard as a rock, the tv was super small, and the room was still dirty. It'll get you by but your better off spending a little bit more money for a different hotel.

I thought this particular motel 6 was just ok. It wasn't bad as some are, but it was just ok. Probably better than most. The room was large, clean, and everything worked ok. Front staff lady was not very friendly at all.

We are here due to Harvey. We have dealt with the most kind hearted people at this hotel. They have accommodated our stay in away that has meant so much. Thank you to the entire staff and owner. We appreciate you all greatly.

Great customer service Consuelo is great..we had an issue with the the dryers but as soon as we told the Manager they came over and fixed them immediately. Great place to stay everyone is so friendly.

The staff was very friendly, but this is not somewhere I would return to. There were no towels in my room, nothing in the kitchenette, and water on the floor. The check-in desk was barred up and there were \\\"Beware of sex trafficking\\\" signs everywhere. The cost was inexpensive, but I did not feel safe here.

Very friendly staff. Perfect for a night or two stay, best motel I've ever stayed at! Has a big-ish fridge, a glass top stove, a microwave, sink, kinda a big bathroom too. The only problem is that the remote to the TV don't work, but the rest was great! They have a coffee pot and a toaster in the kitchen part of your room, and a two person sitting table. They put a pack of coffee grounds and a few more things to make some coffee for yourself. Wish ther was apartments close to this size for rent! :)

If I could rate no stars I would. My boyfriend and I had been staying here for a month or so. The rate was $69.99 at the beginning then somehow the manager told us we had “tax return” witch gave us 3 free nights. Told us after the free nights our total would be $59.99 somehow one of the workers was charging us $42.85 for our daily rate after the tax returns. Mind you the day after we paid 32 dollars the next day after. But she decided to tell us that we had to pay for the mistake her employee had made. But why would we do that ? We didn’t make the mistake. After she calles the police to have up get a trespassing warrant for no reason
