I checked in on Monday 11/3/2025 and that night, was overrun with roaches. I complained and slept in my car. Front desk told me they would get it taken care of. Came back to room the next day after work and there were roaches on my bed. I checked out and let the desk clerk know. She told me to work with Expedia on my refund. Hotel is REFUSING to refund my money. Stay at your own risk! Had to fumigate my suitcase!

Please DONT make the same mistake I did and book before checking the reviews… this place is literally the WORST I’ve ever stayed in. The service is trash, I called ahead of time to confirm my reservation just to arrive and be told they don’t have what I asked for available. The first red flag is when you walk up to the front desk and realize they have a metal gate in between you and the clerk. They got all kinds of activities going on outside, around, in the hallways, in the stairways and from the sounds of it in the rooms too. I know you get what you pay for but this is BEYOND worse than that. As soon as you walk in the facility, it smells like cigarettes, marijuana and idk what else (pretty sure it’s crack) but it smells HORRIBLE. Like makes you gag as soon as it hits. PLEASEEEE if there’s still a chance to cancel your reservation, do it because you will regret staying at this place.

Im usually dont give reviews, even if bad bc there are tons of ppl who do that, over nothing, to just get hard working people at risk of their job, but I wanted to commend the front desk and staff, in particular Mrs. Flor, who went above and off the line to help me and my family out. For those of you who frequent hotels, you know how the business and customer service at the low to mid range hotels are. It's black and white, no gray area allowed, even in this human operated sector as the client and merchant. Not here, they understand and try to help if these Grey area situations arise. Ive noticed small things like late checkout, to bigger ones by just trusting the public again. Stay here, there are 6 or within a 1/4 mile of here, but only one with the gracious and helpful Mrs Flow on site!

The place smelt bad!! Room was clean. Bed was clean nicely made. It's the whole way stack. The room did some, but not as bad as the hallways and it really needs some TLC in the common areas.

Not as cheap as you'd think.
They offer a kitchenette, yet nothing to use with it unless you pay an extra fee. It isn't obvious that you'll have to pay one until you get there, so don't expect to use the kitchenette without buying cookware and utensils.
The bed was creaky and lumpy and just downright uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep more than 5 hours before it just became too much. The curtains near the bed didn't work correctly so the sun came down and woke me up several times.
The smoking room I stayed in had tar stains on the walls and smelled really strongly of stale cigarettes. The lamps didn't work and there were things and stains inside the light fixtures.
The pool is an included amenity and despite it being summer, it's locked and green colored.
The wifi is basically non-existent, and I wouldn't have been able to use it if I didn't specifically go down to ask for the code. When I did the hostess gave me attitude about it.
Speaking of, the wait staff is just not helpful. They locked me out of my room before I checked out and wanted me to hunt down housekeeping to open my door. I had to search and not find anyone before the woman tried to help me.
The TV didn't work almost at all, as well as the remote. Fun fact, the brand of TV they picked actually has a common problem with their motherboards and shorts out after a couple of years of use. The front desk said they'd send someone to look at it, but that never happened.
So all in all the price may be cheap, but you won't even get shampoo to wash your hair. They barely offer any kind of actual extended stay amenities. It's almost a scam, but you do get a room to sleep in at least.
Stay away and spend a few extra bucks to have an actually enjoyable time.

Firstly, the whole reason we got a room in a hotel close to home in the middle of summer was to utilize the pool which was scummy, green and locked away during our visit. The staff, along with being incredibly rude and short when we tried to ask questions, wasn't helpful at all. We let them know an hour into our visit that our TV wasn't working properly, they said they would send someone and never did so we spent our weekend huddled around a laptop. We even went home to get our own universal remote and it still didn't work for us. Not only that, but the Wi-Fi was so weak we had to use our hotspots on our phones. Half the lights in our room didn't work, hornets tried to come through our window when we cracked it for fresh air, and to add insult to injury they didn't even provide basics like shampoo or DnD signs for the doors. Most annoyingly, the morning we were leaving well before our checkout time, the door to our room locked while we were still gathering our things so we had to wait for desk clerk to come let us back in at her leisure.

Do not stay here. The hotel is a safe place for people to do crack. I had to wet a towel and put in to the door so my kid didn’t get crack high. I had to clean the room because it was dirty with dirty razor blades all over. When I complained the staff canceled my reservation. They are nasty 🤮

If I could give zero stars and a thumbs down, I absolutely would, but unfortunately that’s not an option. So one star will have to do. This place has a roach infestation. Having to shake our shoes and clothes out to ensure we didn’t bring home any guest was ridiculous. And even more ridiculous is the fact that we had to kill roaches throughout our stay. Unable to get a refund because it was booked through Priceline and Timmy said they were not made aware of the roach problem that I’m sure they know they have. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH STAYING WITH ROACHES.

I stopped in and asked the front desk clerk to call me a taxi so that I wouldn't have to walk four more miles. He refused. I pleaded with him I said please sir just look it up on your phone and call the taxi I've walked a long ways already. He looked at me dead in the face and said no. Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. I will never stay at this hotel. The shear attitude he gave me and the way he looked down at me simply because I asked for a taxi was absolutely appalling. I'll make sure to write a letter to the CEO of the company next.
