I want to make it known that somebody is still in my mail. I’ve reported it several times and a lady named Kim called me back but never did anything or didn’t answer. The phone gave me her direct number to give her some information and I never was able to reach her.

Here we go again... I haven't seen my cards that relatives sent me for my birthday. These were never scanned and never received. These cards were dropped off directly to the post office TWO separate days. These cards have only been in the post office mailing system. I feel like someone kept it or not paying attention to the ADDRESSE on the cards. There are sometimes confidential mail pieces that no one needs to see so please READ THE ADDRESSES. Get more people if you can't do your job. Please get it together USPS. There are not many honest people left that would go out of their way to return your mail. SO please drop off at the right ADDRESS.

They said they delivered a package to a mailbox and it was a lie I attempted to call and phone was off the hook with a busy signal the whole day. Had to call the customer service line and waited for an hour. What is the point of having or providing a land line if the employees unhook the phone as soon as they walk into work.

Don't send anything of value from this location. Or trust the usps for that matter. I had some airpods stolen(lost) in transit. No accountability, and I was given the runaround until I was no longer eligible to be compensated despite purchasing insurance. I will never trust usps with a anything but paper mail.

My package has been at this facility since the 10th. Thats 6 days! I’m leaving on vacation early this morning and will have to leave without it. I’m extremely disappointed, especially since I only live 25 minutes away.I’ve called and everyone keeps telling me it’s in transit. For six days!!! I won’t mention which USPS facility told me that I’m getting screwed, but at least the mistake was acknowledged by a postal worker. Shame on you, Beaumont USPS.

Usually this is the quickest post office in town, but for this trip it took a while.Not due to so many customers (merely 4 other cars in the parking lot). But due to the fact of only 1 clerk at the counter. (Taking lessons from WM now)?Once at the counter it didn’t take long, but there seemed to be more people just „along for the ride“ who were taking up space in line needlessly.

This postal station is the worst I’ve ever visited. The Hispanic lady working the front on 12-15-23 at 9:23am is extremely rude and unwelcoming. I came in with an unusual sized box to ship and I asked her if they had something that it might fit in. She points and says over there is the largest boxes. She did not offer a solution outside of that.. In addition to that an elderly male needed help looking for a priority label to address his package so I had to help him look for it. There were none out. So he asked the same woman for a label. She said you can just write it on the box. He went on to explain previously he was told he had to write it on the label and she was still cold and unbothered. I finally made my own solution and went to ask for a label and she tells me just write it on the box. I was not about to let her affect my day, so I left… This is why the ratings here are so bad… No one cares. I will NEVER come to the location again. She needs a reality check and new career. This isn’t it. God bless you…

Front desk lady was very nice concerning my packages that weren’t being delivered but the manager came out and was very snappy and rude to me about it saying that it was my fault. Issue was resolved but with attitude.

I was very much disappointed on this post office in Walden , Beaumont TX. I send a card to my friend in Grass Valley California last Sept. 18 until now Sept. 26 it was not received. Usually it takes 4 days she will receive it. Be aware not to mail important document we cannot trust now a days. I t is just a regular mail which I always do when sending a card.

I've never seen a post office employee take a package from me and SHAKE it before I came here. A women shook the box as soon as she grabbed my Etsy product and I was so shocked, I asked if they normally do that and she said yes they're supposed to. I wasn't even asked if it was fragile before she shook the nox! Never been back since.

Usually I have no issues. However today, they were unable to deliver my package because an "animal was blocking the driveway." I have no outside animals. There is NOTHING blocking the road nor the driveway. Very upset they want to drop the ball on Christmas when I relied on them to deliver a present. Not happy.
