When I went to pick up my prescription I was told it wasn’t covered by my insurance. So they used a discount Singlecare card to get a lower price of $63.33. After a few days of taking the medication I started feeling better and decided to look up the medication on line to see what the cash price was before the discount price was given. The discount price was $20.05 and the cash price was $61.00. I called the pharmacy and I was told that I couldn’t get a refund for the $43.28 difference because it had been pass 5 days. So I ended up paying for their $63.33 mistake.

The lack of both competence and professionalism in the pharmacy astounds me. Add to that the bad attitudes. My career was spent in customer service. I prided myself on "hearing" my customer smile at the end of a call. No such luck here. The staff is either to busy to care or just simply doesn't care. I realize there are thousands of customers to replace this one but still, shouldn't this "just one" customer still matter? Either way, stay away from here. Try Encore instead. They will truthfully overnight your meds. Not lie to you about it. I expect quality service regardless.

This pharmacy is so unorganized and so SLOW. I waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes and the guy working the window took over 10 minutes to even acknowledge me. I will be switching me and my husbands prescriptions to kings pharmacy because this is so ridiculous.

First I'd like to say I do not normally go out of my way to make reviews. However I wish I could give a half a star because that would be more accurate. I just spent the last 15 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone about a script I just picked up for my child. The reason I had to call back was because my infant son was screaming in the back during our pickup. This was something noted and apparently irritating to the tech who handled our script. We were inquiring about how much everything would cost, as well as trying to update the insurance on file. We were told it would cost one price and I asked if there were any GoodRx coupons available to which she responded that we didn't have any on file... I have worked for Walgreens before, so I know you have to actually look that up, it's not the sort of thing that would just be on my profile. Then she tells us that our insurance doesn't cover prescriptions but didn't explain why we have been able to get scripts there before... and has nothing helpful to say or do in regards to the high cost of one of the meds. So all in all pretty terrible and to top it alll off when I called to ask additional questions I heard my call get answered and picked up like 3 times. Avoid this Walgreens if you can. I know we will be.

Pharmacy has zero customer service, and they are unorganized at best. We've been waiting for nearly 1 hour after having a vaccine appointment, which we were on time for. Don't waste your time here.

Don’t waste your time scheduling an appointment with the pharmacy. You will stand in line for 30 minutes to be told they aren’t offering that service that day. Waste of my time!

Have used Walgreens since i was young, but this is the 3rd time they have cancelled a pharmacy order because our insurance didnt cover the prescription. im having surgery tomorrow and they have cancelled the order for pain medication, i just sat on the phone waiting for a pharmacist to explain for 30 minutes. This will probably cost Walgreens our business, evidently the pharmicist now have medical degrees and can override a Doctors order. 3rd time this has happen at this pharmacy.

Excellent service filling a prescription another pharmacy said they had t received...but had charged my insurance for it. Girl names Blake in the pharmacy went above and beyond.

Always busy, technicians don't know what they're doing or what they have in stock, gave us the complete run around the whole day saying they had my sons medicine only to go in at night and find out they didn't even have his medicine in stock!! They wouldn't answer their phones, then when they did answer kept us on hold forever. No one knew what they were doing.
