Shelly the owner was very professional and understanding and she was able to work his daughter to make it as stress free for his daughter as possible. They really appreciated it and will definitely be returning.”

The emblem was a cute pineapple and because of that coupled with the name we were fairly certain that we needed to explore some more. As we expected, this is a boutique. Like most boutiques it was filled with adorable items and sweet sales assistants. The woman that was working the store when we went in was very friendly and spoke with us the entire time. This is a great place to come and look around.”

“I have to give a huge shout out to this location and to Delores and Leslie for helping me today. I bought a bra from this location over 6 months ago and I have had nothing but problems in the last several months with it opening up at the most inopportune moments. Come to find out, one of the store associates (no longer works there) had measured me incorrectly. I tried taking this bra back to the Woodlands Mall, since it was closer to where I lived. The store manager did nothing to even try and help resolve the issue I was having and I will never go back there. So today when I walked in and told Delores and Leslie my issue, they immediately remeasured me and found out that I was sized incorrectly and immediately made things right and got me fitted correctly. I can’t recommend the Beaumont store enough. THEY WERE AMAZING!!!!”

I had help from her and two other ladies who’s names I forgot (platinum blonde and a brunette with blonde highlights)! “Huge selection of country wear and boots. Clean store, but every rack is overstuffed, so if you pick up an item it's hard to put back on. It makes looking through selections hard. Even though inventory was massive, the children boots were slim pickins. We found much bigger better selection across the road at boot barn.We were asked several times if we needed help so that is a plus.My son was looking for carhartt pants, and although they have massive inventory, there was nothing but blue jeans for men's bottoms, so that was a negative.Definitely will check them out again my daughter found several items she wanted.”

“I went to Victoria’s Secret today and was elated that Ruth waited on me. She was cordial patient and helped me in every way including measuring me for a bra, fastening the bra for me (because I recently had hand surgery so cannot fasten the bra on my own) and made recommendation on bra that would fit my need, She did not turn into a pushy salesperson but rather a caring person who just wanted to ensure I received the best help possible.
Before ringing us up I asked her for an estimated cost of items I would be purchasing, and she quoted within $1 of the price. That’s pretty special.
