“I’m leaving this review for Ms. Berta and Ms. Maria today!! These two ladies helped me out big time, my car was towed 48 hours ago and then towed AGAIN today, I already came out of $330 to get it back and then to turn around and get it towed again was just unacceptable however Ms. Berta and Maria went above and beyond to ensure I got my vehicle back FREE OF CHARGE, the manager of the towing office even reached out to me personally apologizing. This I can respect and appreciate dearly! Now my registration for my actual parking spot is completed I can use my spot and not be towed ever again. Yes since I’ve moved here there has been water pipes bursting left and right and that’s understandable due to the random weather changes but the staff does make sure to send out emails each and every time there’s an impact on the community and communication is key so I do appreciate that as well !! Im a very patient man overall so I can work with who works with me. HOWEVER first chance y’all get, I still need my washer fixed or tell the maintenance team to go ahead and order another one lol. Other than that 5 STAR SERVICE. Thank you again ladies for all your help!!”

“I haven’t moved in yet, but I can’t wait to move into this wonderful complex! They have the best staff. Ryan is amazing! When I first called, I had so many questions, and she was so patient and kind with me. She has so wonderfully help me and my roommate find an apartment, and helped with the transfer. They have a beautiful landscape with an amazing pool, hot tub, and fire pit! They even had a Thanksgiving feast for their tenants when I stopped by! I am so excited to be here!”

“I absolutely love living here I have lived here almost 4 years I’ve had tow apartments here and honestly this staff now Robert, Genesis, and Debbie are amazing they have gone above and beyond for me in some situations and I’m thankful this by far has got to be the best management team they have had. Robert is a great addition to this terraces family he is amazing anytime I need help with anything he’s right on it. Then Jose the head maintenance person well in my book he’s great anytime he sees me and he had to do a repair he will ask me is everything ok. Just the staff in general are great even the cleaning lady I don’t know her name though.???”

Paul was incredibly kind and patient in assisting me throughout the process. Courtney and Britney were also very attentive, and Nate has always been there to help me fix anything in my apartment. Esther is very sweet and takes care of her residents, if ever a problem happens. Maintenance is great to. They take very well care of this property. It’s affordable & If you are looking for a safe nice place to live. Then these would be the best apartments. They have security late evening as well. Happy apartment hunting..”

“I toured this place last month and enjoyed the time the staff gave me even though I am a dog lover and love how much this place cares for your extended family members. The apartments even come with doggie doors! The staff looks over the dogs and verifies they will get along with other dogs and other residents. Diana had a way of selling the community for my dogs. “I recently just moved in, in December and so far I’ve had a great experience. The townhome that I am currently staying in is really up to my standards very affordable . There’s a couple of things that need some fixing other than that it is a very nice place. My kids instantly made friends the moment we moved in haven’t had any problems, the office staff, of course is wonderful and very understanding and helpful as well. The only thing I dislike is the parking.”

“We moved in recently Renee is a great person to work with she kept me up to date on my application from beginning to end good service. She was very helpful and concerned am very grateful to her she is good at her job. The only problem I have is am on the 2 floor in a 3 bedroom and I found out that the air conditioner don’t circulate good up here. But me and my family wasn’t going to let that deter us we bought some more fans and spread them out.and it’s getting ready to get cold outside so we are going to be alright. But over all we love the apartment and the service we received. Quiet Place and my neighbor is friendly.maybe next year if there is a 3 bedroom open on the first floor I will try to get one. Because we really like it over here.”
