“While looking around at other places The Truman stood out because of the staff that were very helpful. The manager Chris was amazing he was so helpful on helping pick a good place for me to move in to. As well as the maintenance team was very quick in assisting with the work orders for a few minor fixes.”

“My daughter has lived here for maybe almost 4 years. Ive only lived here, on and off the last year or two. We had a few issues..But! Esther is very sweet and takes care of her residents, if ever a problem happens. Maintenance is great to. They take very well care of this property. It’s affordable & If you are looking for a safe nice place to live. Then these would be the best apartments. They have security late evening as well. Happy apartment hunting..”

“I recently just moved in, in December and so far I’ve had a great experience. The townhome that I am currently staying in is really up to my standards very affordable . There’s a couple of things that need some fixing other than that it is a very nice place. My kids instantly made friends the moment we moved in haven’t had any problems, the office staff, of course is wonderful and very understanding and helpful as well. The only thing I dislike is the parking.”

I was very happy to see that they staff in the office was very engaged with the children who came in and that they was having their after school activities program. Most apartment staff aren’t engaged. Also provided excellent customer service. I pray me and my children have the opportunity to call this apartments our next home”

“I love this place. Will be moving in, in April. The Leasing agents are super nice, will help in anyway. The grounds are maintained, the units look good. And I have looked at this place for the past year and each time I’ve gone it’s just amazing. I made a mistake and went to a different apartment complex because I didn’t want to Wait ,that was horrible. anyways like I was saying the pricing is amazing too. I’ll be getting 2x more room (literally) for only $20 more then the place I’m at now. I highly recommend this place.”

“This review is mainly based on my last 4 months here (November 23 - February 24). The new manager is better than all of the previous managers combined. He knew my name, apartment number, my dogs name, and always checked personally that my issues were resolved.In terms of the apartment, it was cozy with a large kitchen for a one bedroom. It's conveniently located, has 2 pools, a rec area, and a dog park. Everything I needed and more for the time.Just be careful if you have a dog. Lots of folks walking their dog without a leash. That was incredibly annoying and borderline dangerous. Also folks don't pick up after their dogs. Groundskeepers are out every morning, without fail, picking up their messes. But, I just found it incredibly inconsiderate of the other residents.”

“I've been living here for two years with the same management company, whenever you call the leasing office you'll always hear the nicest lady answer the phone. Mrs.Nancy CARES about whatever your complaints are, she answers all your questions & concerns, & she's always been very helpful to me whenever I have an issue. On holidays she sends out cards & on my birthday she sends out birthday wishes !! She thinks about everyone individually not just as a whole. Stadium west & Bel Air apartments combined have definitely made my stay here in texas one to always remember. Especially having Mrs.Nancy at the office! Thank you so much the best thing thats happened to this place is her, dont be shy ladies & gentlemen!!! Come check out the property, if you have need any further information about anything shes one phone call away. “Best bang for the buck as far as apartments go. Great and immediate response when it comes to issues and maintenance. Head property manager is sweet and accommodating but some of the staff can use more people skills, tend to be dismissive and nonchalant over the phone. Surrounding area has a lot of stores, food places and the parks mall is 7 mins away which is one of Arlington's biggest attractions.”

“We lived here for years before we got laid off and had to move to Colorado. We are now coming back and we are ECSTATIC. The Managers are the best in the world and respond to any problem with quickness and make sure anything is taken care of. In all the years we previously lived there, we never had any neighbor or bad apple issues. We had nothing but great experiences and we have missed them dearly. I cannot wait to be back HOME. We tried another apartment complex in Colorado Springs and let me say they could not even touch the magic Willows 2 has. It's a great environment for kids. People are friendly and this place has always just felt like home to us. Can't wait until we are back.”

“I have been here for over a year and it’s been a great place to live. It’s in a quiet area away from all the noise in the busy city. Love the pool and amenities. Also it seems that they have a new maintenance team and they have been on top of all my request lately. Also love how they reach out to the residents here with certain events I’m able to meet my neighbors and meet the other friendly staff. Overall I’ve had a great experience would certainly recommend this place.”

“BEST apartment complex in the area by far! The staff and management are helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The amenities and rooms are the best I've seen in Arlington. Any negative comments and reviews are due to non-residents vandalizing and trashing the property. When that happens, management and staff are very quick to resolve the issue. Also, it is a very secure and monitored property. I always feel safe while living here! Definitely sign here if you're looking for a new home. Thank you Park Place!”
