From day one, the ladies in the leasing office have been incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They are sweet and personable, but also professional and firm when it comes to enforcing community rules — which I actually appreciate. It keeps the property clean, quiet, and respectful for everyone who lives here.
The community itself is peaceful and full of wonderful neighbors. I genuinely feel safe here. There’s no constant drama, no ongoing crime issues, and no sense of chaos like I’ve experienced at other properties. It’s a calm, well-managed environment.
The mail and package process is simple and organized — not confusing or convoluted like other places I’ve lived. That might seem small, but it makes a big difference.
Maintenance has been outstanding. Anytime I’ve submitted a request, the crew has been in my apartment within 24 hours to diagnose and fix the issue. They are efficient, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. The pest control you pay fees for is actually effective.
It’s rare to find a property where management, maintenance, and the overall community all align this well. I truly love living here and recommend Copper Chase to anyone I know whenever a unit becomes available.”

“I moved into the Truman Arlington apartments for about 1 year and renewed my lease, and I can confidently say it has exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked into the leasing office, Dominique was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The whole staff made the application process seamless, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism.
The apartment itself is fantastic—spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. The layout is perfect, and I love the high-end finishes and appliances. It truly feels like home. The soundproofing is impressive too; I hardly notice my neighbors.
The amenities are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped, and I appreciate the sparkling pool and outdoor lounge area. Plus, the community events are a great way to meet neighbors and make new friends.
Location is another huge plus! trumans is situated close to shopping, dining, and parks, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. Truman Apartments offers a perfect blend of comfort, community, and convenience. Highly recommend!”

“I find it spectacular, I love it and it is close to my area where I want to continue living and I have my son's schools but I have been checking for a year to move here in a 2 bedroom and every time I call they tell me that there is no availability however in the page becomes available, I will keep trying because I really like the property for my children and family. “Hello, im having issues with my rent portal and the deductions from last month hasn't been removed, I've mailed Peyton and sent all evidence so far. I've been going to the office since on the 2nd to get this issue resolved and till now it hasn't. I just hope when this gets resolve no one is going to tell me about interest accrued because I've been trying to get this resolved and it seems no one wants to do anything. Pls corporate I need this issue resolved.

“I’ve had a great experience living at Las Palmas Apartments. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and maintenance does a great job responding quickly when something needs to be fixed. The property is kept clean and the community is pretty quiet. One of the best things is the location — it’s close to shopping, restaurants, and only a short drive to AT&T Stadium, which is perfect for catching Cowboys games or events. Overall it’s been a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.”
“I've been living here for two years with the same management company, whenever you call the leasing office you'll always hear the nicest lady answer the phone. Mrs.Nancy CARES about whatever your complaints are, she answers all your questions & concerns, & she's always been very helpful to me whenever I have an issue. On holidays she sends out cards & on my birthday she sends out birthday wishes !! She thinks about everyone individually not just as a whole. Stadium west & Bel Air apartments combined have definitely made my stay here in texas one to always remember. Especially having Mrs.Nancy at the office! “Best bang for the buck as far as apartments go. Great and immediate response when it comes to issues and maintenance. Head property manager is sweet and accommodating but some of the staff can use more people skills, tend to be dismissive and nonchalant over the phone. Surrounding area has a lot of stores, food places and the parks mall is 7 mins away which is one of Arlington's biggest attractions.”

“I love this place. Will be moving in, in April. The Leasing agents are super nice, will help in anyway. The grounds are maintained, the units look good. And I have looked at this place for the past year and each time I’ve gone it’s just amazing. I made a mistake and went to a different apartment complex because I didn’t want to Wait ,that was horrible. anyways like I was saying the pricing is amazing too. I’ll be getting 2x more room (literally) for only $20 more then the place I’m at now. I highly recommend this place.”

The maintenance team is absolutely the best in the business. They are extremely thorough, quick polite and always willing to help If you need them. The grounds are kept up by an outsourced lawn care service. “Honestly , yall say what you want about the apartments but when they actually try to get it right you have to give credit where credit is due. Nathaly has always answered when I called, gave me the answers I needed, and fulfilled my request. Yes the apartments are old but it’s quiet except for my upstairs neighbors who at 5 am and 10 pm sound like they are stomping on my head. I’ve lived here for a month and maintenance has came promptly when I called my toilet was leaking they came the next day gave me a whole new toilet and fixed the problem . So I just wanted to say thank you . Thank you maintenance and thank you Nathaly I know your job isn’t easy especially dealing with alll the tenants but thank you for being kind to me and never making me feel like I’m bugging you or inconveniencing you.”
