We recently purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer from Builders Sales and Service and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment we placed our order, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly fast!
We were initially told it could take 4–6 weeks for the units to arrive, with the possibility of waiting another week for installation from Fort Worth Appliance. To our surprise, we got a call just under three weeks from the order date letting us know the washer and dryer were in—and even better, they could deliver and install them the same day!
Jordan at Builders was professional, helpful, and kept us updated every step of the way. When it came time for delivery, Joseph and Dylan from Fort Worth Appliance did an outstanding job. They were not only professional and polite but also quick and efficient with the installation.
The cherry on top? Builders had the best price on our Speed Queen set compared to other retailers.
