“I don't frequent these specialties stores often, but I had to go here to pick up a printer I'd purchased at another location on sale. The store was clean, pretty busy for a Best Buy. Staff was helpful and kind. I didn't shop around, I came to customer service to get what I purchased in Burleson, got it, and went on my way. For the store itself, again it was nice and clean, well kept. I'd return again if needed.”

“I arrived at Lowes yesterday in kind of a rush. Upon walking around (and unfamiliar with the store), I quickly became overwhelmed... trying to find the specific items I needed. I saw a young man working at the end of the isle I was on, so I walked over and asked him where I could find a couple of the things on my list. HE WAS THE MOST HELPFUL PERSON I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN ANY STORE. He told me exactly what isle each of the items on my list were on, off the top of his head! and then still stayed near by, helping me along the way.
