I had an excellent experience in this location. I asked for batteries and David R. was very helpful. He directed me to the most cost effective batteries and then checked me out assisting with my purchase. I recommend this location to anyone.

I had an issue that was out of the hands of this store. Without getting into specifics, my issue was resolved. The GM went above and beyond to deal with the issue and make it right. I have bought expensive equipment from this location, chainsaw and utility trailer. If customer service continues being this way, this store will definitely be a place to shop at. Thank you for the professionalism and customer service when some things are out of your hands.

These guys went above and beyond today and I’m so thankful … I had gotten troubles few times with an air compressor the guy noticed and totally got me going with a new one no charge at that. And than showed me all the right components for my new compressor 10/10 today guys ! I’m that excited in the even bought the warranty. lol

Poor customer service. I went in and tried to speak with one of the workers who ignored repeated attempts to get his attention. I would recommend going to harbor freight in fort worth instead. I like northern tool but there is probably a reason why no one is in northern tooland harbor freight is always very busy.

Today I came to the store to chat with the service department about problems I am having with my 10+year old portable generator. I met Jeff in service and outlined my problem. He took the time to research it, and even went out to my truck, started up the generator and advised me on my options. Then he went back inside and showed me a small motor additive he advised I try. Came back home took his advice and the generator appears to run perfectly!
He could have just said to leave it, but took the time to work with me. His excellent customer service will bring me back to Northern Tool for any related purchases. He is an outstanding member of your team.
