Well about a month after purchasing, my desks lighting module went out. Throughout the process, ******* was courteous, nice, patient and very helpful, assuring me that should any issue arise, she would quickly handle it for me. A few days ago, my wife's module went out. I recorded an email at about 9am that my order was ready for pick up. The pick up process was fast and the print quality (and binding ) were perfect. In addition, the cost was significantly less expensive than Staples and/or Kinkos-FedEx. I will be doing all of my printing going forward at Office Depot! Cannot recommend high enough!!!”
