“This is my second time renting a storage unit from SecurCare Self Storage. I simply needed a place to store my belongings (nothing fancy) which is why I chose them the first time. The main reason I returned to this location for a second rental was because of Ms. Kathy.

Ms. Kathy is professional, direct, and takes her job seriously. She consistently makes sure I am informed about any rules, changes, procedures, or important information related to my unit. I appreciate her attention to detail and the level of customer service she provides. She is truly outstanding, and SecurCare Self Storage is fortunate to have such an exemplary employee on their team.

As for the facility itself, it appears to be very well maintained. The property recently received a fresh coat of paint, which gives it a clean and updated appearance. The unit I rented is the perfect size for my needs, and the door opens and closes properly. There are no visible issues with the unit, and the overall property is clean and free of trash. The grounds are well kept and show that the facility is cared for on a regular basis.

Overall, I have had a very positive experience and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage facility.”

“I have been here for just a little bit under 10yrs and I have seen many come and go. But I honestly have to say that Heather has to be the best employee of public storage as far as service and being a good people person in whatever is doing for Me or anyone else. I’ve yet to see anyone’ as good as Mariana. But

“Let’s start with 5 stars for Nick. He has always been extremely pleasant to talk to, great about returning phone calls and really helped me out when the lock on my unit got jammed.
Overall the property is well maintained and clean entrance access is easy and convenient by using either phone or gate code.
the only downfall I saw was pricing was pretty high after the first year, but at this point everything is expensive. And the mice/rats not sure which it is. My unit had fresh droppings and urine stains all over it and in the boxes and you could see where they had eaten thru the boxes.

I would definitely use them again if the need arose and just make sure I used plastic totes versus boxes.”
