“Just before I continue to type my review, I need to let you know I live in Frisco Texas. That is about 45-1 hour drive depending on traffic. This is the place I come for all my 4 cats and 1 dog, you know why. The staff are friendly. But the most important thing is that Dr.Trussell is the best doctor you can find. She's one big animal loving doctor. She loves all animals and she cares for them. I like how she only tells the facts and focus each visit on the important things. I'm a busy mom, teacher and medical office manager. I need someone patient, informative and professional. Dr. Trussell has everything you need to care and treat your lovely fur babies.”

“First time visiting this place, in fact, first time to a Vet Hospital and I was blown away by the great customer service they gave, from the front desk to the nursing assistant to the Doctor. When he walked in, he just came in the room and sat on the floor. My dogs were all over him and he was so wonderful. It was amazing to see the patience and care that he gave to both dogs. I have never seen anything like it. They gave them treats and really got them comfortable. I'm sorry, but I didn't remember his name because I was mesmerized by his act of kindness. He has a photo in one of the reviews. Hope that helps if you want to experience what my furbabies did. It was definitely a great 1st time visit.”
