“This store went the extra mile for me and I am blown away.
I bought a few pallets of concrete mix from them and they delivered for free and as I was unloading them, I realized that there were not just one or two, but over a handful of bags broken. I gave them a call and they told me to send them an email with some photos.
The day I sent the photos, they got a driver to bring me exactly the amount of bags that I told them were broken. They told me when they would be delivered via email and didn’t even need to call me. They picked up their old pallets and brought me the new cement and even used a tarp to make sure they didn’t get damp and put rocks over it to make sure it wouldn’t blow. What great guys!
