“Extremely satisfied with my visit today. Booked appt only last night for a convenient time this morning. I messaged to say I was running late and was responded to promptly saying it was no problem; grace period granted. I was greeted by a friendly, professional and welcoming receptionist and then waited just 1 minute before being seen by Kim, who was courteous, kind and professional whilst taking an initial consultation. Dr K Blanchard then conducted my appt with care, interest and consideration which made me feel comfortable and at ease in unpleasant and stressful circumstances. Dr. Blanchard asked relative questions and provided great feedback and understanding into my reason for visiting. Dr Blanchard placed focus and importance on my mental/emotional wellbeing just as much as my physical/medical needs. I was then speedily given treatment, guidance, reassurance and advice. The whole appt was about 20 minutes — but without feeling rushed. Genuinely fantastic service, couldn’t recommend more. Thanks to all staff at the practice! (First time visitor from London UK)”
