Jorge continually ensured the customer understood various plans and functions with the conversion form AT&T to T-Mobile. We had a few issues pop up and he worked his magic and took care of it all. He was so nice, took time to actually explain some things to me, walked me through the entire transfer and upgrade process and all in a VERY timely manner. I will only go to this store! I believe the person who assisted me was Becky, she was wonderful. She has a new hire, Jonathan, shadowing her and they both went above and beyond to make sure I was set to go! The other employees were very kind as well.”

All of my phones except the first (at Pinky's Pagers on Congress like around 2002, Motorola StarTac... still have it for the nostalgia!) was bought at BestBuy, first time buying at a Verizon store. I went in about 6:30 p.m. on 06/04/25 and was greeted by Sam (If I remember right). I told him I wanted to upgrade my Note 9 to the new S25 Ultra... Long story short we went though the options even though I knew what I wanted. He was very informative and easy to talk to. The process didn't take very long, probably less than 25 minutes from walking in to paying. This time estimate didn't include the transfer of everything to the new phone which I took home to do myself. Thanks Sam, you made that easier than I thought.”
