“Trevor is an excellent store manager and made what would've been a multi-step issue to fix a breeze.So we went in for a phone replacement due to an accident that occurred during a vacation and Trevor was able to diagnose our issue and provide the best service imaginable to help us get a new phone and have it set up. Despite set backs and needing to work with multiple workarounds just to get the phone set up he was absolutely patient the entire way and made the time fly by. Honestly excellent customer service and will be returning for future assistance. 10/10 no notes.”

“I normally don't give reviews be it good or bad service, however I was in such a bind and had such good service I feel the need to.The night before last I went to boost Mobile on airport drive and I barely got in under the wire before closing. I had an upgrade and a double swap with with my phones at closing. It's kind of equivalent to walking in 20 minutes before closing in a restaurant with an eight top.Andrea was working and honestly she helped me out so much I tried to scoop her to come be our cashier at Volvo. Great customer service. Andrea was knowledgeable and efficient.I haven't always had the best experience at this particular store, however, his made up for it all.If you keep hiring and retaining employees such as Andrea, it'll definitely be a game changer in what separates boost Mobile from the other prepaid cell companies.Thanks”

“I stopped by this TMobile store yesterday for help setting up a new iPhone (after mine was stollen the night before). I showed up right before closing and Diego was *super* helpful. He was able to transfer my number to the new phone in about 5 minutes.I had spent about 3 hours on phone and chat support with T-Mobile (multiple calls, multiple chats), being told either that my old phone was needed to transfer my number or "be right with you," "working on it," etc or that I couldn't be verified without an SMS to my number / buying a second line... So I was incredibly relieved to have Diego's help, especially knowing that this must be something that happens frequently.On top of what I needed, Diego found a new phone plan for me that got me more than what I am getting today at the same price. Total win!! Thank you!!!”
