After a terrible experience with AT&T, I decided to reactivate my T-Mobile account. Elijah assisted me, and I can’t say enough good things about him—he truly deserves a raise. He navigated the complex process of transferring my account back to T-Mobile and went above and beyond to address issues that AT&T had created. He even set me up with T-Mobile’s new home internet service, bundling it with my mobile account for extra savings.
For anyone considering switching to AT&T: don’t do it! I made the mistake of leaving T-Mobile for an enticing deal with AT&T, which promised a new iPhone and better service, but it turned out to be a nightmare. T-Mobile has amazing customer service, and you can actually understand and trust their support team.

Honestly nothing except that it went really well. I went in with some complaints about our current Internet Service Provider and was given several options if how to address it. Unfortunately fiber was not available in my area but I was shown how to check if ATT Air was going to be feasible in my area and was set up with the hub within probably 15 minutes. I was told about the 1 week trial and the Love it or Hate it system as well as the fact that I wouldn't be charged for potential downtime. Everything was super easy. Whole thing from getting out of the car to back in my car and on my way home took maybe 20 minutes. I was told it may take about 30 minutes to start working after set-up which ended up being almost exactly spot on. Set up was easy, plugged it in, set up the app, and then mostly waited for the hub to find a tower and all of that and was on my way.
10/10 would try again but the ATT Air seems to be working really well so I'll very likely be keeping it. Only been a day so I'm not 100% sure but it's working really well so far.
Super affordable too. $60/month everything included and I believe it's unlimited data.”

Indigo helped and could have sold me something needlessly, but instead made modifications to the current phone and assured me that we were better off keeping what we had. I go there once a year at least when I need an upgrade or a new device and she always informs me of all my options and best ways to save on my bill. I had a not so great experience with other specialist where they were not so helpful or referred you to call customer service to assist you, not what you spect when you walk into the store. Camille actually takes the time to call customer service and talk to them to facilitate whatever issue you have. That happen to me twice and i'm sure i'm not special, that's just how helpful she is with every customer. She totally deserves a raise or be the Manager there. Thanks for everything Camille!”
