I’ve had my Bloom Camellia bed for about 1 month now, and every single time I lay down I am absolutely floored at how comfortable the mattress is. It’s truly perfect.I hadn’t bought a new mattress in nearly a decade, so I was nervous to go to a big showroom and face pressure from some salesman. To my delight, I walked in and was immediately helped by an associate Andrew, who took all the time I needed to help me find what works with no pressure. I told him kind of what I liked, and he helped me narrow down my must-haves and pick what would work best for me. Not only was I impressed with how well he translated my wants, he picked up on some things I didn’t even realize were important, specifically in choosing the right size mattress for me and my space.This is all reason enough to go here, but even better is that it’s a local store and not a national chain; the mattress I bought specifically was made to order and delivered right to my room in less than 2 weeks.I never thought I’d be this excited by a mattress, but here we are. James listened to my list of items I wanted, asked me if I'd be interested in a cooling feature. I am in my maturing years and have been experiencing hot flashes. Now my interest was piqued. “An amazing experience! Dee Cortesio, the manager at the Hill Country Galleria location, is the BEST! We explained our situation to Dee. She calmly walked us through the science of the zero gravity recliner and explained how it might help my wife with her back pain. She encouraged my wife to try out several different models and explained the difference in each one. The relief was immediate. My wife was thrilled. I could not get her out of the showroom recliner. We purchased a Hale Zero Gravity Recliner with both heat and massage. Their “white glove service” brought it out and set it up at our house. Everything was perfect. My wife loves her Hale Premiere Zero Gravity Recliner with heat and massage. Thank you Dee! And thank you Relax the back.
