“One of my favorite places in all of Austin. I work at the preschool across the street and I love going to the Natural Gardner whenever I can! It’s not just a place to buy plants. It has beautiful spots to sit down and enjoy their magical landscaping. My favorite time to go is in the spring, when their rose garden and bluebonnets are in full bloom. They also have a butterfly garden which I love to visit during the summer months.”
“As a landscape architect it is hard not to be able to touch/see/experience large pot(s) for clients. My client wanted the only purple planters we could find for a deck and we had so much trouble getting a wide enough mouth on a pot for the entry. We could not be more pleased with all the help,communications, dedication, and joy that all the employees from the Austin location bring. You are safe to order from afar as they will fend for you, fill the holes, and wrap them spectacularly for shipment. We could not be more pleased and would use them again many times over!! We worked with Livingston and what a helpful and communicative person - he was right there. All wonderful people in the heat of the summer. Wonderful and necessary to clone<:)”

“If you're a local home owner, this is your place for landscaping supplies. Get to know the people here, and they will treat you so well. They give me contractor pricing even though I'm not a contractor, as I've been completely re-do'ing my front and back yards. All the irrigation supplies I need, stone, etc. They are just so accommodating. Others should take note, as this is how customer service should be done. The lady up front is an absolute gem. And while I might not always know exactly what I need going there, they are so incredibly helpful in getting me to the best products to fit my needs. I hope that they can maintain this quality of service for years to come.”

My pressure washer needed repairs to get up and running again, and after some unfortunate delays and miscommunications, I was left pretty dissatisfied.
John and Ryan were understanding and quick to remedy the situation to ultimately make it right. Customer Service is a priority here and they 180'd me to a satisfied, returning customer for any future repairs.”

“Love the Dripping Springs Home Depot. All of the lumber and typical household goods you would come to expect from a typical Home Depot. The outdoor and garden section in this Home Depot is exceptionally large. They have a wide variety of lawn mowers and yard equipment as well as patio equipment to choose from. Great central location right on the main drag in Dripping Springs. Lots of easy parking. The staff is helpful but you do end up running around trying to find things as you usually do in a Home Depot. Returns are easy and you don't need to have your receipt if you have your credit card that you used for the purchase”
“My team frequently uses this location for work, multiple online orders and store pickups almost every day. I would like to give a quick shout to Jeff and his team at the at the order pickup/customer service counter. They are hands down the best out of all the Home Depot locations, always helpful and always willing to listen and give insight on projects. Even the gentleman who retrieves the carts outside always has a smile on his face and a great attitude. It’s positive attitudes like this that keep me coming back.

He even signed me up for the rewards service and told me all of the tips and tricks. Greg was then able to retrieve the tile from the topmost shelf on the other side of the store. I also appreciate the help loading the cart and car. Top notch service all around!”
