“My friend and I took a cooking class from chef Daniele last night at Faraday’s. It was so much fun! He does a great job of cooking and instructing with a crowd. I learned so much and ate some delicious paella. Also, the store is fabulous! The owner has a good, better, best philosophy in the products that he orders, so there is some thing for everyone. Tons of great ideas for gift giving. They also design and install amazing custom outdoor kitchens. Nothing like this locally owned, one of a kind store anywhere. Highly recommend!”

Mitch answered all my questions and handled all the shipping. The range arrived clean, well packed and in great shape. Six years later and the range is still going strong. I recommend Hi/Lo to anyone who would like a high-end appliance that will last, at a reasonable price point.”

“I have been leasing here for a few years now and the customer service was just ok and basic. But now who ever took over and who ever is staffed there now is doing amazing. They make me feel like family. And already know my voice and are always happy to hear from me. And despite it effecting their numbers, cause I’m sure it does. When I am unable to pay on time or have to make partial payments due to life always happening. They NEVER make me feel bad. They always can relate and provide empathy. And reassure me it is not a problem. I work in customer service and have for over 20 years it’s not an easy job and sometimes over looked. And so I appreciate amazing customer service. It’s everything to me This store needs to be celebrated. And let them know it was me who wanted them celebrated. Thank you thank you thank you. “Shout out to Chris and Greg for taking the time to go above and beyond. I intercepted Chris as he was about to leave, and he still patiently helped me locate some tricky tile. He even signed me up for the rewards service and told me all of the tips and tricks. Greg was then able to retrieve the tile from the topmost shelf on the other side of the store. I also appreciate the help loading the cart and car. Top notch service all around!”

“Love the Dripping Springs Home Depot. All of the lumber and typical household goods you would come to expect from a typical Home Depot. The outdoor and garden section in this Home Depot is exceptionally large. They have a wide variety of lawn mowers and yard equipment as well as patio equipment to choose from. Great central location right on the main drag in Dripping Springs. Lots of easy parking. The staff is helpful but you do end up running around trying to find things as you usually do in a Home Depot. Returns are easy and you don't need to have your receipt if you have your credit card that you used for the purchase”

“We came here a week or so ago to get some new paint for our house. Garret was helping us out, and instead of selling us a bunch of paint, actually said we should instead get a few samples, try them out, then come back to buy in bulk. We did exactly that and are thankful for Garrett's help! This matches other experiences we have had here, as when we got a lawnmower from Lowe's a few years ago the staff was very helpful then too. We would come back here again.”
