“Preparing for a trip noticed that there was too much oil from a recent oil change performed at a different location. Latroy and his team never hesitated and drained the excess oil, noticed that the coolant reservoir and windshield wiper fluid was empty and filled them up.

Everyone and I mean everyone in that office was absolutely amazing! Now let me tell you about my service. I dropped my car off probably around 8:30 AM there were several things that I needed done. I actually thought they were gonna keep it for a day. My daughter and I went to have breakfast within 45 minutes I was receiving a phone call telling me what needed to be done on my car within the next hour maybe even sooner than that, my car was done and ready to go! I could not believe it! My parents highly recommended this place to me and I am so grateful that I listened. I will not take my car any place else. “I went for an oil change and they were fast , they reminded me to change my windchills so I did , the only thing is that they did not show me the filter after they changed it or during the process, based on my husband opinion they should have done that and that is why I put the 4 star, but over all the service was great. I will go again in 6 months.”

“I rolled up to the Brodie location to get fluids refreshed and Shannon found a pen stuck in the reservoir runoff. He explained that with the low fluids and the pen lodged in the runoff - the engine would’ve overheated and blown. The man literally saved me from buying a new car.
He topped up all the fluids and now has a customer for life.
