“I do not write reviews at all, but this company deserves one from the exprience I went through.Two years ago I was invloved in a minor accident where the passenger side of my Camry needed repairs. Service King was the body shop I selected as it was close to my house and under my insurance. This was mistake, as their service was anything but royality.Three months later, I get my car back and had major noise issues. I took it back and they "repaired" the problems.This was my second of three trips I had to make for them. The third time, I still had issues and took it back and they sent it to a Toyota dealership to resolve the issue. The noise was still there. At first, I thought my car simply needed new tires because the old ones were getting worn and the thread mismatch on all four of the wheel. Got new tires and still had major noise issues.So I finally decided to take it to another repair shop and just pay out of pocket. Tech One was on the top of the list of my search on Google as far as consistency of service and overall customer service reviews.I told them nothing of the wreck, but did inform them of the noise.I get a call a few hours later that day and Robert informed me that my car was in a wreck at one point and was poorly serviced. He informed me that the two front wheel bearings needed replaced with some filter replacements and said this would fix the issue. They repaired my car as needed and when I picked it up, they informed me the noise is still there and it had to be the type of tires I had (they were apparently loud snow tires).They recommended some tires for me that are much quieter and told me Discount Tire would switch them out if it was still within the 30 days of my purchase. I was a bit annoyed with the situation, but I humored them and got my tires switched out with Michlin Defender tires. The noise did improve, but there was still a deep humming noise at high speeds.I took it back and Tech One told me they would take care of it.Got a phone call a few hours later that day and the Techincians narrowed the problem down to the passenger rear wheel. The wheel was wedged into the wheel bearing during my crash and their initial test didn't catch it. They ended up replacing the wheel with a discount and now my car is smooth and quiet once again.Although the exprience was annoying, I do not blame Tech One. My Camry was sent to Service King three seperate times and a Toyota dealship, with Toyota overlooking the repairs that the car needed.Tech One went above and beyond than any shop I went to because of their investigative service. You do not see a lot shops do this anymore because they're more worried about churrning out as many customers as possible, all while neglecting the overal repairs of the car.If you need your car look at for any issue, I'm confident Tech One will repair the issue.”

“Had a hybrid warning message appear on my 2013 Prius. Dave's did the diagnostic (with discount for being a first time customer), Dave's did on-line research that suggested Toyota should cover the repair under warranty/recall, and Dave's called Toyota to confirm (Toyota would not provide any info to Dave's, or to me when I called). Took car to dealer with this Dave's info, and dealer completed repair very quickly at no cost to me. Now maybe dealer would have done this without the info Dave's provided, but because I mentioned it as I checked the car into the dealer I feel like the dealer repair process was smooth and easy, and saved me a LOT of money.Thank you Dave's.”

“Went in this morning without an appointment for an oil change. I was greeted at the bay entry in mere seconds. The employees are very professional and quick. And it took about 20 minutes without any hassles to get it done. I don't live within the area, but when I am, I know that I can depend on them.January 30, 2024:For financial reasons, when my filthy air filter was brought to my attention yesterday morning, I denied replacement. To only go back this morning to get it replaced. I arrived at 8:20am and it was done by 8:39am mind you we were talking a lot being a brain cancer survivor and a former personal trainer and keynote motivational speaker for national health and fitness events.Today, at this location, Jiffy Lube gained a permanent customer simply because of their outstanding professionalism, caring and detailed work, and quick to get you out with our daily hectic schedules.”

“I’ve been going to Groovy Lube for the last two years I believe. I have not once had an unpleasant experience. I will say the staff seems to change often, but nonetheless good experiences each time I have gone.Today I was charged $30 for “full service” which entails a front windshield wash, air in tires (which I did not need today) and checking fluids. But they only top off windshield wiper fluid. Nothing else.I was not told I would be charged for these things I was only expecting to be charged for what I asked for, an oil change. Just some feedback for the company. Tell your customers ahead of time you are charging for additional services and allow us to accept or decline. I do not recall having paid for these services at any other visits I’ve had.All 4 of my tires pressures were at 40 when I got there and when I left they were at 38x2 and 37x2. So they took air out? Cause definetly no air was put in. Any how it didn’t sit right with me that I was charged for such things that are normally free other places.Had I known ahead of time I would have respectfully declined those services for $30. I already pay $100 for my oil change.”
