“I popped in to ME Gene's mid-August because my car battery was sluggish and the outdoor temps were over 100 degrees and I dare not get stuck with a dead battery. I knew that these guys could help. Tom and the other gentlemen were able to squeeze in a battery test and then a quick replacement of a dead battery. I was an incredibly lucky they were able and willing to do that (AND a real quick 45 min wait). I have counted on their care of my cars over 20 years and have always gotten friendly, honest and competent service. The new owners are just as dedicated and skilled. “I will always come here. But, I came in for an Inspection. Gave my phone number. They told me 45 minutes and we will call you when it's done. Got picked up from a Family Member and, went to go do errands. Over a hour plus..Never got a Call when it was done. Checked in 2 hours later. It was done.But, then waited another 30 minutes to get checked out. I know that this Company is Top Notch! I just might have hit them up on a bad day. We all have them. I will still come back again. If it continues...Then, I will Rethink about coming back.”
