“I love this place. I have been coming for like 10+ years and the service is always great. The prices are reasonable. I never experience any shenanigans or attempts to include unnecessary BS to inflate the cost. I think the ownership even changed once but the service has remained great. Highly recommend.”

“Oak Hill Automotive has taken the place of the Toyota dealer, where I had usually gone before for my servicing needs. There is a reason why everytime I go by there, it is always busy and requires planning on my part to get my car serviced/repaired. And when they check run the car, they don't drive through a local neighborhood at 30 mph, they run it out on highway 71 in rush hour at 60 mph! Now thats testing your work! All my future services and repairs will be with Oak Hill Automotive!”

“Found Bearden Automotive through online search, then discovered good friends have been taking their Lexus there for years. I'm a new customer for my 2023 Toyota Highlander. Maintenance light had come on, but I only needed an oil change and nothing else at 58,000 miles. So no unnecessary charge and service. I can come back at 80,000 miles. Being able to make an appt. is so convenient as well. I'm very satisfied and will now be a regular customer!”

“I popped in to ME Gene's mid-August because my car battery was sluggish and the outdoor temps were over 100 degrees and I dare not get stuck with a dead battery. I knew that these guys could help. Tom and the other gentlemen were able to squeeze in a battery test and then a quick replacement of a dead battery. I was an incredibly lucky they were able and willing to do that (AND a real quick 45 min wait). I have counted on their care of my cars over 20 years and have always gotten friendly, honest and competent service. The new owners are just as dedicated and skilled. I highly recommend ME Gene's garage to anyone looking for professional and reliable auto repairs. Happy retirement to Tom!”

“I will always come here. But, I came in for an Inspection. Gave my phone number. They told me 45 minutes and we will call you when it's done. Got picked up from a Family Member and, went to go do errands. Over a hour plus..Never got a Call when it was done. Checked in 2 hours later. It was done. But, then waited another 30 minutes to get checked out. I know that this Company is Top Notch! I just might have hit them up on a bad day. We all have them. I will still come back again. If it continues...Then, I will Rethink about coming back.”

They were super helpful and most importantly honest, which can be so hard to find at a car shop.
