“Preparing for a trip noticed that there was too much oil from a recent oil change performed at a different location. Latroy and his team never hesitated and drained the excess oil, noticed that the coolant reservoir and windshield wiper fluid was empty and filled them up.

Everyone and I mean everyone in that office was absolutely amazing! Now let me tell you about my service. I dropped my car off probably around 8:30 AM there were several things that I needed done. I actually thought they were gonna keep it for a day. My daughter and I went to have breakfast within 45 minutes I was receiving a phone call telling me what needed to be done on my car within the next hour maybe even sooner than that, my car was done and ready to go! I could not believe it! My parents highly recommended this place to me and I am so grateful that I listened. I will not take my car any place else. “This is the fastest I’ve ever been able to get an oil change in my life. Used to waiting around for at least an hour in most places I’ve been to in Austin, but this Jiffy Lube had me in and out in 20 minutes. They may not be at the same price point as places on Groupon, but time my time is my money, so I was relieved not to wait 1-2 hours.
Everyone working there was friendly and kind, they had coupons for discounts on the price they gave me without me having to ask. Plus the manager was able to help me out with a discount on an air filter that desperately needed to be replaced. I would definitely recommend this place if you need quick, efficient, easy and thorough oil change & maintenance services.”
