“I came in a few months ago to get an oil change and the staff was extremely helpful. I drive a Volkswagen so he informed me as soon as I got there I would need to get the oil myself because they didn’t have it on hand. When I came back, Albert and all of the staff were extremely friendly and even gave me a coupon to use that saved me money. I recently came back and was met with the same hospitality. Before I left Anahi even came and blew up all of my tires. They were super quick and efficient and I feel confident in the service I received. I have told all of my coworkers, husband, and family that if they need any work done on their car, Jiffy Lube in Lakeway has the best customer service!”

“I left 4 stars only because of price, but 5 stars for service etc.The front desk guy is very professional. The oil change took a bit longer than expected but they do a vehicle checkup (to upsell). I won't complain because honestly the quick review they do could be beneficial if they spotted a serious issue.The price was high but I used a $22 coupon online which helped. And we all know I paid for the convenience as well.”

“Great experience. I’ll def go back here for my future vehicle inspection needs. Location is superb. Even with the ongoing construction happening with the 290 highway, I got in and out in no time.There was a clearly upset customer in line in front of me. You might call him a male Karen. I call him a child. Not sure what happened but he was yelling and going behind “employees only” areas. He was throwing company property (nearly missing my car) and honestly acting ridiculous for anyone his age.However, the staff remained completely professional. They were calm cool and collected. My advice, contrary to popular opinion, no the customer is not always right. Mostly yes. Not always.Cheers to this amazing shop at a busy intersection!!! ?”

“Needs an inspection and was greeted quickly so much so that went ahead with an oil change. They got me in and out within 30 minutes and gave me a complimentary car wash. Great place and quick service along with a good car wash so if you need any service done on your vehicle then come by here”

“I have now been here 3 times in the past month and every trip has been amazing. Super high integrity, quality, and efficiency. Trip 1: state inspection. Took one look at my tires and told me they were bald and would fail. Said instead of charging me for them to get them replaced and come back. Could have charged me and then failed me - awesome. (They were bald and I got a Costco warranty replacement!)Trip 2: state inspection. Passed quickly with great service. Trip 3: I had a leaky oil plug. Asked them to drain it, replace the plug (which I had bought from oreilly), and refill it with oil. They said they didn't need to drain it and had a way to change the plug without losing any oil. Took them 3 minutes and the leak was fixed! Asked them how much and they said no charge. Again they could have charged me for an oil change easily but they didn't. I will only be going here for all of my quick car needs from now on. Great management and people.”

“I went to get my car wash and the gentleman that helped me out Raúl was very friendly and helpful. Super nice and suggested very respectfully what I needed without making me feel like he was just trying to upsell. My car was left amazing but what made my experience great was the customer service. When I was inside the lady at the counter was so nice and had a smile on her face the entire time I was there. She seems like she really loves what she does. I will definitely be back.”
