I went here several times last year and its such a great workout!! The staff was always really nice. I left each time feeling like I worked EVERY muscle in my body, but never wrecked. Excellent workout!! *Sidenote- I workout but I am not particularly athletic or flexible LOL!

I look forward to my lagree class every week! No matter how the class is set up/structured, I'm always sore the next day. The studio is clean and the instructors are knowledgable!

I've been a member for almost two months now -- It's a combo of Pilates + cardio which makes a perfect workout! Studio is clean, instructors are helpful and I like that the classes starts and ends on time.
