“Thoroughly impressed with this CrossFit gym. Emily, the coach, was super personable, professional, and attentive the entire class. I brought my father here to try CrossFit for the first time, and what a great experience we both had! Logan, the owner, went above and beyond in supporting my father the entire workout in staying safe, and modified the workout to keep it accessible and empowering. I’ve been to quite a few CrossFit gyms in the greater Houston area, and I must say this one is one of the best gyms I’ve been to all-around. The community is really nice as well, and the restrooms/showers are super clean. They are doing a GREAT job over there. I’d highly recommend this gym, especially for those new to CrossFit.
