Light and was yellow saying it needed to be serviced so we switched over to portable oxygen. And it brought her
Oxygen reading up to 94 and i would check her reading every 30-min to hour and put back on if needed -when i got
Callback from person after 4am he said
Machine was ok to use with yellow light it was just reminder it was time for service and a guy would come out monday - i checked her oxygen with a concentrator with yellow light and her reading was 79 so i put her back on
Portable and got her oxygen back up
I knew I did not have enough. Portable thanks to last till monday so i found out
The oxygen machine would put out good air for about ahour or two then light on and now a piercing loud alarm on the machine - talked to another person and
She said it could be hose clogged up and i checked after wards and it ok but i confirmed when light is on and alarm is on it is not making oxygen - it is dangerous for her to be that low on oxygen. And could cause her to fall causeing more medical problems than
She already has - as far as i was told
From day one gor her not to put hose on if not a green light then i was told it is ok with yellow light - then i verified it was not safe for her to wear hose if yellow
Light& alarm - this could have turned out
Bad - iam glad everthing is good now
And i just think it is inportant for this
Company to be aware of things like this so it can inprove its communication

I received a call from Vern on Sunday February 1st. He was very apologetic about the situation. He explained how Daniel dropped the ball in this situation and that he would be dealing with that on his end. Vern said that in light of what took place, he would have someone bring the chair I was interested in (as well as a couple others) to my house for me to test out.
He sent Preston to my house and Preston was INCREDIBLE. He was very personable, professional, well versed on the product and answered a TON of questions. The one or 2 things he didn't have an answer for he immediately got answers for.
When I decided on the product I wanted they were more than fair on pricing giving me a discount for my time and effort that had been for naught.
Vern's concerns seemed sincere. I truly believe he cared about the negative experience i had initially and went out of his way to make it right. He has followed up a few times to make sure I was happy.
His attempts to connect immediately and his sincerity is why I also purchased a bunch of accessories. His responsiveness kept a customer that could have been lost. I know one person would not break a company but he treated me like I was a valuable, important, necessary customer.
Issues CAN happen and WILL happen with every/any company, no matter how good they are. The difference between a good company and a mediocre company is the way they handle those problems. Vern handled this issue quickly and efficiently.
I will not hesitate to buy other mobility products and accessories from them in the future.
Now I will wait for all the accessories to be drop shipped to my house and will come back here and update further.

I contacted Safeway about a portable electric wheelchair called Travel Buggy City 2 Plus. I spoke at length to someone named Daniel. We made an arrangement to meet at the store on Saturday @ 11am. He said he would be there from 11-2.
I have a difficult time getting out of my house due to my disabilities. It takes quite a bit of effort and it leaves myself and my wife drained.
Daniel never showed up. NO ONE showed up. I went through all of this for nothing.”
