“Wow what an amazing place. Made an appointment for an Emission testing. I was greeted at my car by Greg. He was friendly and professional. He informed me of the time expectation to complete the test. The shop has awesome snacks. Popcorn, cookies, ice cream and coffee. Lance checked me out and gave me an online coupon. First time here but will definitely be back.”

“This establishment is stellar. I have worked with several members of the team, and I have a super positive experience every time. They take time to educate, and their communication and professionalism are truly unparalleled. I've been taking my old girl there for over a year now and I only wish I'd found them sooner. Not only have they kept my 2005 Subaru Outback running smoothly at 200k, they've also taken care of me with complimentary rides to and from the shop with Uber and regular updates in the meantime. Please keep doing what you're doing, J&T!”

“I was at my usual dealership for routine maintenance and they tried to get me to accept some additional services. The dealership told me my drive belt was fraying and also recommended two more things. Frankie looked at my car and told me the drive belt was completely fine and only recommended one of the other services at a fraction of the cost than what the dealership quoted me. Go to Frankie and he will take great care of you. Don’t get scammed by the dealerships.”

“I had a really good experience going there every time. - For me is the third oil change in a row and I have to say they are quick, clean and pay attention to detail. They make sure the car is not left dirty and always reset the clock and add the sticker. - i have replaced both lower control arms. While doing that, they spotted some missing plugs and rattling shields which they took care. - made recommendations to improve the quality of the ride and eliminate noise. Overall, I can say I have found a good, honest and reliable mechanic fot my auto needs.”

“I came in for an oil change on a vehicle that is new to me. The previous owner did great with maintance and got the oil changed twice as much as the manufacturer recommended so we want to keep that up to maximize longevity. Bryan was very helpful and made sure we addressed all of the manufacturer recommended maintenance on my car, printed off the the recommendations and encouraged me to double check the car fax so we weren't doing anything twice. He explained everything well with out making me feel dumb or recommending services that weren't necessary. The team was friendly and confirmed my tires, battery and other fluids were in good condition. We reset my maintenance light and explained what they mean on this car. I'm very happy with the friendly, informative and quick experience and would recommend it to friends.”

“Karl at Mistry Car Care is well versed in all aspects of car care. I went in with a check engine light and an airbag alert. I also needed an oil change and state inspection. They couldn’t do the state inspection because of the check engine light and Karl diagnosed the problem as faulty oxygen sensors. The airbag alert was caused by a faulty monitor, which had been discontinued by the manufacturer and could not be replaced. Karl also identified a problem with my rack and pinion steering caused by leaks. I was given options and he prioritize the repairs so I could make an intelligent choice. The prices were well within the norm and when I left all the dashboard alerts have been cleared. I left a very happy customer. I’ll continue to take my car repair to Mistry Complete Car Care.”
