“I went to Walmart Vision in Bellmead. I asked if they could put my lenses from old glasses into exact frames I bought. She said yes let me see what I can do. When I came back the lenses were in new frames. I asked what I owed her, she said NOTHING!!!I am without a job and insurance at the moment so when she said that I was overwhelmed and just hugged her instead.Thank you for your kindness and willingness to help me. “I get that everyone has good and bad experiences with any business but I have not had any issues with this pharmacy. The only complaint I have is they need to answer the phones more. I have learned through numerous calls that it's best to do it earlier in the day if possible. I have worked in Healthcare for years and a lot of people have no idea what all is entailed to get things through insurance. Also, Dr's don't always call in RXs when they say they will. Mistakes are made everywhere, we are all human. I never go to the drive through. I don't want my transaction for medicine done like a fast food restaurant. That's just my preference. I have always had nice, courteous employees. Maybe I will have a bad experience at some point but so far for 2 years I have yet to have one.”
