“I had a great experience throughout the store, but the cashier kinda ruined it for me. I had to break my items up into two different orders because I needed a separate receipt for specific items. Then I had 3 items at the end that needed to be paid for with a different card. I had everything all organized and things should have gone smoothly. It did for the most part, but it was evident that she was pretty particular about how my transaction should be handled. As a cashier for the better part of 20 years, I know that cashiers are any store's last line of defense. They make or break the customer's experience. Thus was the case here; she should have just gone with the flow and done her job politely. Instead, I left the store feeling irritated and like I should be to blame for irritating her. I'm not going to type out all the details of her behavior, but even though there were a few more steps to take, the situation was not complicated and I wasn't bossy or high-maintenace about it. She, however, got a little snipity about it. With a smile, but snipity nonetheless. After all, I'm the one paying for everything and if I need to split things for a separate receipt or payment, I shouldn't be getting attitude about it. Overall, the store was clean, well-stocked, and had a good layout. The deli associates were very nice. The restrooms were clean and well taken care of too.”

“Never buy sliced. Fresh or dried mango from Walmart who ever is in charge doesn't know anything about mangos and they have skins in with the fruit also they always go to far and include part of the pit in the package”

“I get that everyone has good and bad experiences with any business but I have not had any issues with this pharmacy. The only complaint I have is they need to answer the phones more. I have learned through numerous calls that it's best to do it earlier in the day if possible. I have worked in Healthcare for years and a lot of people have no idea what all is entailed to get things through insurance. Also, Dr's don't always call in RXs when they say they will. Mistakes are made everywhere, we are all human. I never go to the drive through. I don't want my transaction for medicine done like a fast food restaurant. That's just my preference. I have always had nice, courteous employees. Maybe I will have a bad experience at some point but so far for 2 years I have yet to have one.”
“This Walmart has the best pick up service that we have experiencedcat any Walmart in the western US. We travel frequently, so we have used pick up service at probably a dozen different Walmarts throughout multiple states . This one has a few substitutions, a very good team delivering the groceries to you, and has never missed a single item. Also, the ability to order other items while you're getting your groceries is fantastic! ! We recently ordered an RV water hose along with our groceries . Where else can you do that? The Cincinnati-based supermarket giant will open about 110 new stores in fast-growing markets by 2029 and introduce three updated store formats, executives told investors Oct. 20 at the company’s Investor Update in New York. Kroger already runs about 2,700 stores in 35 states. The formats come in three sizes, a bit like small, medium and large, matched to each market. Mary Ellen Adcock, Kroger’s executive vice president and chief merchant and marketing officer, walked through the lineup.
Walmart shoppers want a head start on the holidays, and money explains a lot of it. Some 44% of respondents call affording the holidays their top stressor, and 61% say holiday costs shape their shopping mood. Asked what would make the season easier, 70% picked lower prices and 57% picked more deals and promotions. Convenience ranks lower: 30% want one-stop shopping across categories, and 20% want faster delivery.
Walmart wants your groceries at the door before the ice cream softens. On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast. Shoppers in those areas can order from more than 100,000 items, everything from fresh produce and baby formula to pet food, electronics, cold medicine, and prescriptions. Behind the scenes, the service leans on Walmart's store network and an algorithm that factors in order size, available drivers, and distance from the store.
Trader Joe's keeps adding stores, and shoppers keep showing up. The California grocer has marked nine more locations as "opening soon," pushing its expansion into new corners of the country. The grocer also took first place in the American Customer Satisfaction Index's 2026 supermarket rankings. It has held a spot near the top of that list for years.
Target is rolling out its most ambitious store overhaul in more than ten years, with plans to remodel over 130 locations and open 30 new stores across the country this year. The retailer is also putting money into supply chain technology upgrades to keep pace with how shoppers buy today.
