“W124 Mercedes. Needed a Mercedes specific tool to remove part. Called all over town and only a few shops said they had the tool. Went to other shops and they didn't actually have it. Showed up to Foreign Auto Clinic and told them what I needed to be done. I was prepared to drop off my car for mechanic to remove part with special tool. Supervisor went to Mercedes Tech, Mercedes Tech removed part in less than five minutes with Mercedes specific tool, supervisor said I could leave if I wanted to or order part and let them install it when part arrived. The part wasn't a driving safety concern, just a creature comfort. No charge if I wanted to go that route! Super friendly staff and willing to go the extra mile to get me back on the road. I should have went here first instead of going to the first thing that popped up on Google.”
“My husband got his suburban transmission rebuild. The guy was very friendly and he and his helper did a very good job of it. Was quoted little cheaper than other places was great too.. Also comes with one year warranty. Its been few weeks since it got done and his car runs great. One of the great things about this place is you know who worked on your car and you can actually communicate with them. Good results comes out better with good communication and this place can accomplish that. If you have trust issue, try this place.”
