“Originally, I was recommended to a certain place here in Waco regarding my truck. The tech that helped me at this particular place was very nice. However, I had to wait at least 10 minutes for the owner to talk with me. He began to inform me he didn’t understand the codes that were given for my truck, he couldn’t promise be could fix it, but if I brought it Wednesday, he might could get to my truck but he would need to keep it 3 days. I left there feeling uneasy. However, I was heading home, and I passed Burke’s Transmission. I was midway down Hwy 77, I felt something in my spirit tell me turn around and ask them to look at the paper given to me from O’Reillys. I can say with confidence I know it was a God thing that had me turn around to ask Burke’s. Mr. Black was the nicest person. I showed him my paper and he knew right off the bat what the problem was with my truck. He said we can fix it. He said for me to bring it back the next morning and he would get my truck on a bay as soon as possible. And that He did. He kept His word, honest, friendly, and I never felt uneasy about being there. Burke’s was recommended to me to begin with, but I have no doubt God orders ours steps. If you have transmission problems with your vehicle, go there. They are all great people and I am forever thankful my truck is fixed. Today reminded me once again there are still great honest people out in this world. Let Burkes’s know that I sent you…

“When I came to Trinity auto. They evaluate my problem with replacing my front brakes Rotors were replaced and my hubs. The bearings were dry and replaced the hubs, which was all good The price was quite high.The calipers they said would Be good , Calipers only lasted four weeks when we came back 4 weeks later, breaks for smoking. Trinity auto put new calipers on charge me full price did not get a break on the labor. Paid full price.”

“It was a couple days before Christmas 2024 and my trans was going out , not shifting right I talked to a mechanic and he gave me some idea's that he suspected, so called the next to get an appointment and the lady told me it might be after new years that they could get to it ,well she called me in a couple of days and said it was internal, well she gave me an estimate and took it in the next day, and a week later (January 3) she tells me it was ready to go and the price was even lower than what she quoted me , so 3 months later I've got to say I've never been happier, my 97 Ford Ranger has never shifted better , so I have to say THANKS to Green's Automatic Transmission for a job well done and being honest and very friendly service, I will always recommend this shop , again Thank You !!!!”

“W124 Mercedes. Needed a Mercedes specific tool to remove part. Called all over town and only a few shops said they had the tool. Went to other shops and they didn't actually have it. Showed up to Foreign Auto Clinic and told them what I needed to be done. I was prepared to drop off my car for mechanic to remove part with special tool. Supervisor went to Mercedes Tech, Mercedes Tech removed part in less than five minutes with Mercedes specific tool, supervisor said I could leave if I wanted to or order part and let them install it when part arrived. The part wasn't a driving safety concern, just a creature comfort. No charge if I wanted to go that route! Super friendly staff and willing to go the extra mile to get me back on the road. I should have went here first instead of going to the first thing that popped up on Google.”
