“Originally, I was recommended to a certain place here in Waco regarding my truck. The tech that helped me at this particular place was very nice. However, I had to wait at least 10 minutes for the owner to talk with me. He began to inform me he didn’t understand the codes that were given for my truck, he couldn’t promise be could fix it, but if I brought it Wednesday, he might could get to my truck but he would need to keep it 3 days. I left there feeling uneasy. However, I was heading home, and I passed Burke’s Transmission. I was midway down Hwy 77, I felt something in my spirit tell me turn around and ask them to look at the paper given to me from O’Reillys. I can say with confidence I know it was a God thing that had me turn around to ask Burke’s. Mr. Black was the nicest person. I showed him my paper and he knew right off the bat what the problem was with my truck. He said we can fix it. He said for me to bring it back the next morning and he would get my truck on a bay as soon as possible. And that He did. He kept His word, honest, friendly, and I never felt uneasy about being there. Burke’s was recommended to me to begin with, but I have no doubt God orders ours steps. If you have transmission problems with your vehicle, go there. They are all great people and I am forever thankful my truck is fixed. Today reminded me once again there are still great honest people out in this world. Let Burkes’s know that I sent you…
Mr. Black, Tamera and whoever else worked on my truck…THANK YOU!!!”
“Awsome service! After towing my truck to Allen Samules and them telling they could not even look at it for 2 weeks, Cody and the team at Trinity got it in and fixed within a day. Excellent sercice and communication the whole time.”
“Excellent customer service! I came in with an problem (the day before Thanksgiving!)that needed to be looked at immediately. They got my car up on the lift right away and fixed the problem. 100% recommend.”
“Took my Ford Explorer to Green's Automatic Transmission for a small leak and a torque converter that was engaging rough instead of smooth. Honestly I was worried it'd turn into a bigger, pricier job, but they found the problem and fixed it right the first time. No runaround, no trying to sell me stuff I didn't need.
Since I picked it up, it drives so much better. The rough engagement is gone, shifts are smooth now, and the leak is fixed. You can tell these guys actually know what they're doing with transmissions.
If you're in the Waco area and your automatic transmission is acting up, go to Green's. They got it right the first time. Trustworthy, fair pricing, and they know their stuff, especially with Fords. Highly recommend.”

“Great service! Honest and trustworthy! I had purchased extended coverage from Autonation when I purchased my used car and had my doubts that it would actually cover any expense for my AC problem. Robert and staff were awesome in working with my insurance and it was totally covered. I had had a couple of shops shy away from working with the insurance but they took on the challenge. I can't say enough about how wonderful Automotive Works is! We will be going back for all our automotive needs! Thank you, Robert!”
