“This place is cool and every single time I come to the mall I was going here even though I never really buy anything because it's very expensive The service is really nice. The people there working were very nice. I am 4'11 and when I walked in, I was admiring a skirt and the person working there joked about how the skirt is bigger than me because I am for 4'11 and I am small. Then as we continued shopping another person working there came up to me with a pair of pants and said that they and their other coworker were discussing about how I would look good in these specific pair of pants. I personally did not like them and they would probably be way too expensive but it's nice to know that they were looking out for me. The stuff here is nice the jewelry is very pretty and the skirts obviously are very nice. Lots of tie dye, lots of hippie, lots of crystals lots of wicca and tarot card type stuff. The service was really nice I just want to restate that everyone who worked there it was very attentive and was there to help with any questions I had. I did not have any questions but if I did they would have been answered immediately. I did not buy anything from here because I don't like to spend money on stuff that I could make myself or get somewhere for cheaper but it is a fun and cool place to look around and if you are really into that style and are willing to spend a little bit of money than this is a great place.”

“I have to tell you it was really difficult walking in with my sleeping 4 year old but Adriana was immediately helpful! I told her it was my brothers birthday and she instantly became my personal shopper. She let me know all the shoes available in his size and even brought extra designs. Which I actually ended up picking instead. I will say though the blonde female was extremely tacky towards her for not making a bigger sale in front of me. I’m sure she was embarrassed because it was awkward for me. Extremely unprofessional I was carrying a 40lb kiddo and really was just trying to get in and out. Adrianna read the situation perfectly gave me options and I commend her for her attentiveness to detail!!!”
“Came in the other day and walked around to find some birthday gifts for myself (guilty!!) A nice worker came and helped me with a backpack on the wall and gave me a discount coupon! Then at checkout everyone behind the register was so sweet and friendly and very funny! They even reminded me about my birthday coupon! They made sure all coupons were added and also double checked that my security tags were off the clothes! I cannot say how happy I am with this service! Ask for any of these memorable workers : Grace, Victoria, Bin, and Kalie!! Love this store!! Will definitely be back!! Best 21st birthday shopping experience ever!”

“Let me begin by saying the customer service at this store is top knotch. The woman who helped me on the floor was incredibly honest, polite, & genuinely helpful. She talked me out of buying a really fun, bright color because she was right that it would wash me out. I'm basically see through I'm so pale. She navigated my attention to a super cute light blue set & I was sold. I was able to make returns of my heinous online choices & have my money returned to my card. 10/10 love this store. “Plenty of inventory and competitive pricing. Salesman was helpful during the sale but was awful at close of sale. He was not that busy so have no clue why he was done with us. We bought boots, no box was brought to the front. We had other things on our list to buy, but decided we will shop at the Austin location. We waited in line for check out for at least 30 minutes.”

“My wife loves getting her facial treatments with Melissa. The results are great. My wife really likes how she's able to make subtle improvements that look natural. She even persuaded me to go in for my first facial. She's very professional, a nice conversationalist. But, she asks if you just want to kick back and relax in silence during the treatment if that's what you prefer.”
