Automated Service is no good. All I want is the phone # to my local post office cause your automated server can't help me. No wonder the postal service is no good. Makes it damn near impossible to talk to a live person. Waste my time asking me questions that are not necessary.

I travel a distance to use the post office. The lady is so kind here, unlike our local post office. Thank you!!! Being nice is a choice!!!
