Automated Service is no good. All I want is the phone # to my local post office cause your automated server can't help me. No wonder the postal service is no good. Makes it damn near impossible to talk to a live person. Waste my time asking me questions that are not necessary.

USPS Lost my package. They like it’s a chore to help you in any way possible.

Nobody knocks when you have a certified letter. They just put a notice in your mailbox and lie saying nobody was home. Government job/workers at their best.
