“I moved to River Springs in April 2023, and for the first time since living in Texas, I truly found a place I could call home. You won’t find a more amazing group of people not just the staff, but the neighbors too.

I recently took a new job in New Braunfels and had to move. I’ve only been in my new place for three weeks, and I already miss River Springs.

The staff knew me by name and they knew Dolly, my dog, too. They genuinely care about the people who live there and take the time to get to know you. The place I’m at now has a long way to go to come even close to what River Springs offers.

Whenever I needed help with anything in my apartment, the maintenance team was there within a day, and they always did excellent work. Shawn is an incredible guy if he saw me walking my dog around the parking lot, he would stop to talk and make sure Dolly got some attention too.

I was going through a rough time in life, and I can honestly say that living at River Springs helped me through it. The evening walks and the footbridge were some of my favorite parts of living there.

I know this may sound a little mushy, but I truly miss River Springs. If you’re looking for a great place to live, look no further. The rent is reasonable, the apartments are beautiful, but most of all, the people and the property are wonderful. It may not be a house, but it truly feels like home.
