“Pro tip, if you're receiving financial aid - put $200+ on a gift certificate the week you get to buy your books, at the beginning of the semester, and put it to the side. That way you can pick up supplies or snacks throughout the year. It's easier to pass your classes and tests on a full stomach. Don't lose that certificate! Take a picture of it on your phone, and then email it to yourself. Treat it like cash. Go, leopards! 📣👏”
“It is a variety store. Prices are a hit or miss with all other stores. You can find some cute things at pretty reasonable prices. The only issue we had was we got a backyard badminton set. Clearly $5.00 ring up but an even clearer $4.00 price tag on the product. I wasn't aware stores could charge more for something which clearly had a different/lower price. Didn't think to ask the person at the front about the difference. The person at the front was friendly and attentive.”

“Went thru the haunted ghost tour which was pretty cool and the bookstore is packed with everything you can imagine! A little bit of everything...history, comics, fiction, juvenile, arts, etc. This place just goes on and on. Neat and quant little store set under the streets of Temple, TX.”
“I like to go here because you never know what you’re going to find. I’ve found some of my favorite books here and they will also take any used books, cds, or movies you’d like to donate. They are kind of pricey for a used bookstore but they have a lot to choose from and the books are all in really good condition so it’s worth it. I wouldn’t buy any dvds from there however because all the times I’ve ever bought some they didn’t work.”
