“Had an awesome time dropping into CrossFit Sprag tonight for 24.3! Adam, the Staff and Community were so welcoming, the atmosphere was electric and the facility was amazing. Lots of room to warm up, more than enough equipment and world class coaching from Adam and the other coaches (Bubba and Jess).Was really shocked and impressed at just how well everyone moved and cheered other on. Proves that the coaches and community are a tight, strong group. Will stop in again next time I am in town for sure”

“My experience at this planet fitness has been excellent. I am new to the gym and was worried that it would be intimidating. It has not been at all and it is incredibly user friendly and great for newcomers. The pricing also cannot be beat as you can have the top tier membership and it's still under $40 a month. All of the machines have qr codes that can be scanned for more info, they have tons of treadmills and even quite a few tanning beds. The employees are also very friendly and they always speak to you when you first walk in.”

“Instructions and instructors are great. Facility (inside) is awesome. My daughter is learning a lot and steadily improving. Kids could be better supervised but they are doing as well as any gymnastics facility. They lose a star for the allowance of profanity by the kids (parents police your kids) and the parents/ drivers inability to observe parking lot rules and regulations. I’m about to the point of sideswiping a few cars that insist on parking in the fire lane and in the middle of the main street. BTW, if I do hit you, you are still at fault.”
