“They are usually good. I'm on a lot of medicines and we sometimes get annoyed because they don't contact us to let us know about our medicine but it's hard to find a really good pharmacy anymore and they think they know more than my Doctors.”
“I scheduled a vaccine appointment online for 5:30 p.m. on a Wednesday. When I arrived for my appointment, one of the pharmacy cashiers informed me that they don't usually take vaccine appointments after 5 p.m. and began checking to see if they could still fit me in despite being busy with several other customers. Just as I was starting to say that I could come back another time, the pharmacist overheard the conversation, and he quickly said with a welcoming smile that if I could just fill out a form really quick, that they could fit me in for my vaccine with no problem. He was very friendly and professional. I was able to quickly get my vaccine, and I was provided with great vaccine information. The pharmacist there is a wonderful asset to the Belton HEB pharmacy.”
“The pharmacy at Belton has been wonderful in caring for the many prescriptions my 98-year-old mother needs. I ask advice and it is cheerfully given. Pharmacists there are patient and pleasant and always professional. We have had our flu and Covid shots there and have had excellent experiences. When I call to have a refill prepared, they willingly call our doctor to request refills whenever needed. There are many options for prescription and over-the-counter fulfillment in Belton. We have found the Belton Walmart Pharmacy superior. (No, we do not have a relative working at Walmart nor do we even know any of their names.)”

“My husband and I got our covid boosters at the Belton CVS and the overall experience was great. The young man giving use the shots was very friendly and did an excellent job giving the shots. I had to call the pharmacy before we went, and he was the one who answered the phone and graciously answered my questions. Other staff members were helpful while there.”

“I have been using this Walgreens for a year after moving back to the area. I’ve never had a problem and the pharmacy staff have always been courteous and professional. When I walk into the store the employees have always been courteous and always greet me with a smile.
I have noticed this pharmacy is very busy and have witnessed adults acting like entitled, brats, and treating staff with disrespect and blatant rudeness.
