I did notice in another review posted that was mentioned no signage about having to be next to the pump while getting gas, well I clearly saw a sign and they are at all rows.”
“I am so glad I switched to HEB pharmacy a few years ago. Everyone is always so nice and professional. And, their prices are much better than any other pharmacy I’ve used. I (unfortunately) have to fill many different prescriptions so I am there quite often. The HEB Pharmacy staff has given the greatest customer service each time. Thank you guys for being so great!”
“If your friend or relative works too many hours or 12 hour shifts, she or he can call their doctor to place an order or refill at this pharmacy, and you can pick it up for them. Just know their full name and date of birth. Use their credit card or have them reimburse you. Custome Service is very polite and knowledgeable when you don't understand over the counter related prescriptions.”
“One of the only pharmacies left that still let you call in. Can’t do refills for my specific med through automated systems other pharmacies force you to deal with. They can also transfer controlled prescriptions to other BSW pharmacies in case of supply issues. The pharmacies are the only good thing about BSW.”
“My 1st time shopping Sam's club, and my first time trying to order on line and do curb pickup....I somehow did not click some buttons correctly, but I got a confirmation after I selected a pick up time.
I got to a parking space and was not able to check in. I called the store number and a VERY delightful young lady named Noemi came to the car. She helped me navigate the app, and since the order was in a "hold" because I hadn't done something....she went into the store pulled the items I ordered and brought them to the car. She helped me reset the app correctly. I could not have done it with out her!!!

“Never thought a small town family pharmacy would be my choice .. I’ve always gone to Walmart, but since living in Jarrell; I started using Town Center Pharmacy. They are genuinely kind and caring. Lori is so sweet and such a hard worker. Her and her staff always go above and beyond for their customers. The prices are great, and getting my medication here is way better than any big pharmacy chain I’ve been to. Makes me feel like I am part of a small town community. Thank you guys!”
“[REVIEW # 2,000! :D]I'm pretty familiar with Sam's given we have one pretty close to home. So, being here and the need came up, it was a good thing it was conveniently on our way home. (It was sorta a last minute calling-and-audible thing in the car.) It was pretty crowded on a weekday afternoon, but we got lucky with parking. (Right up front!) We needed to get a few things for dinner (we were currently a dozen peeps packed in Big Bro's house for a few days) so bulk was the way to go. We found everything we needed, and with the scan and go option, checking out was at ease. We couldn't leave without making a stop at the café. Mom had her usual hotdog and drink combo, and I had my pizza and drink combo. What a bargain: less than $5 to feed us both! And it's not like they're snack sizes: they were meal sizes! FUNNY FACT: I finally found something smaller in Texas vs California. I was surprised as I expected it to be much bigger compared to the Sam's I normally go to. Great run! Good to know they're here. Will make another stop when that kinda need comes up again!”
“My friend and I visited the Harker Heights Sam’s. We went over to place an order. Because we normally place the order with the cashier, we were kind of taken off by them telling us we have to download the app or whatever else they said.
It was totally confusing because we had never heard of such cause we we’re not eater outers,
But thank goodness for the kind & patient lady at the self check out register.
She took the time to go step-by-step with usif you want something from there, you gotta come here scan your Sam’s card.
Choose what you want pay for it and then take the receipt back to the cashier.
So again everybody is not technologically inclined there’s still some of us that’s finding our way so in your training perhaps you need to let it be known to those there are still individuals who have not lived a life of technology, but the pizza was good. It was worth the wait and we understand the protocol now.”
“Regan Wenzel, PA-C was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment she walked in and truly took the time to listen to me. She was very attentive, kind, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. It’s rare to find a provider who makes you feel genuinely cared for, and she did exactly that. I’m very grateful for her and would highly recommend her to anyone. The front desk staff was also very helpful and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better.”

Mary was amazing, helpful, and genuinely cared about my concerns with my medicine and vitamins. Also liked that she spoke Spanish to my wife so she also understood the concerns I was having.

“I scheduled a vaccine appointment online for 5:30 p.m. on a Wednesday. When I arrived for my appointment, one of the pharmacy cashiers informed me that they don't usually take vaccine appointments after 5 p.m. and began checking to see if they could still fit me in despite being busy with several other customers. Just as I was starting to say that I could come back another time, the pharmacist overheard the conversation, and he quickly said with a welcoming smile that if I could just fill out a form really quick, that they could fit me in for my vaccine with no problem. He was very friendly and professional. I was able to quickly get my vaccine, and I was provided with great vaccine information. The pharmacist there is a wonderful asset to the Belton HEB pharmacy.”

“The pharmacist manager, Danh was so helpful and patient, he went above and beyond on giving my boyfriend his vaccine. Then when we went back for the second shot, my boyfriend didn't want anyone else to give it to him, even when he was to busy he showed us kindness and gave him his shot.”
