“I was on my way to Temple for a medical appointment when my ‘check engine’ light started blinking. I live about 100 miles away from Temple and realized that this needed to be addressed or at least looked at before I headed home. I called Johnson Brothers Ford and, understandably, they were too busy to help me but they suggested I call M&B Auto. I called and spoke with Rick and he was gracious to let me bring the vehicle in and run the scanner to see what was going on. Once he identified the issue, he said “You know what, I think we can have this fixed in about an hour. I’ll call in the parts and have them rushed over and we will get it fixed and get you back on the road.” I can’t thank Rick and the entire team at M&B Auto enough for taking such good and quick care of me and getting me back on the road. “First off I want to say that my wife and I have had AAA for 10 years and this is the first time we’ve used them. AAA left us on the side of the road on a 3 lane highway headed from Belton to Killeen for almost 3 hours with no sign of someone coming to pick my son and I up due to a flat tire. I had no spare at the time. I started calling around to local towing companies and reached Caliber Towing due to their great reviews. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable. She really appreciate her help and later found out she was Sam’s daughter. Sam, the owner came to get us 15 minutes later and had our Dodge Charger on a flat bed in 2 minutes which I felt was pretty impressive. He was very friendly and you could tell that he genuinely cared. We road with him and he took us to the dealership so we could get a new tire. He even let my 9 year old son use the controls to operate the flat bed tow truck after the car had been taken off. Sam made a bad experience turn into a great one.
